    Delayed delivery frustration

    I ordered a piece of clothing back in October from this store, and let me tell you, it's been one headache after another. Turns out there were some shipping delays along the way. Fast forward to December 27th, I finally get a notification saying my order is on the way, but surprise, surprise - nothing ever showed up! I've asked for a refund and you can bet I won't be shopping here again. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

    I just upgraded my Excel PE Ultimate license from 2022 to 2024 and needed a new license because I still had two years of free upgrades left. I contacted chat support and was helped by a representative named Darya Markelova. She was super fast and got my problem sorted out in no time.     I bought some adorable clothes back on January 28th and they still haven't even shipped from China! It's already February 14th and I'm just thinking, where are my clothes at? I attempted to email them to cancel my order and all I got was a message saying "I'm not real!" Like, seriously? So frustrating! Then I tried reaching out through their site but no one bothered to respond. Thankfully, it was just $9.50, but this whole situation is not cool. I didn't even realize they were based in China, otherwise, I wouldn't have made the purchase! I am so irritated right now!
