White locis purchase
I bought a pair of white locis from your store not too long ago and unfortunately, the package arrived in pretty bad shape. It was all broken and looked like someone tried to fix it with tape. To make matters worse, my locis had some big black dirt spots on them. Despite that, I have to say that the customer service I got after I complained was top-notch. I got a quick response from Alex in just a few hours and they offered me a few different ways to make things right. They didn't have the same pair in stock anymore, but Alex went out of their way to show me other choices, even offering a more expensive pair in the same color. What really stuck with me was that I didn't have to send back the dirty pair - Alex gave me tips on how to clean them up. The whole time, the communication was super friendly and fast, which made the whole situation way better than I expected.
First purchase, Echo Bio leather sneakers
I just bought my first pair of sneakers from this company - the Echo Bio leather ones. I have to say, their customer service was really impressive, especially Alex who guided me through the whole process. I did a lot of research on the company's production plant in Portugal before I bought these sneakers, and it was totally worth it. The quality of the sneakers exceeded my expectations, so much so that I got a pair for my daughter too. If you're on the hunt for top-notch, eco-friendly footwear, I totally recommend Loci sneakers.

They let me know right away that everything was sorted and my stuff is on its way. Super cool shoes but recent pair had a problem
I have really been liking these shoes for a long time, but my most recent pair had an issue. Initially, I wasn't too thrilled with how it was taken care of, but then Lois from customer service came through and saved the day! She was super kind and helpful, and she totally turned my feelings about the brand around - from upset to pleased again!
Voucher redemption for recycling scheme
I just used Loci's recycling program and sent in some old sneakers to get a £25 voucher for some new shoes. Haven't actually bought the new kicks yet, but had a bit of trouble trying to use the voucher. Luckily, Alex from customer service was super helpful and got everything sorted out fast. He even checked back in to make sure everything was cool. Really impressed with their customer service and will for sure be buying from them again soon.
New shoes amazing!
Oh my goodness, I got these new shoes and they are seriously amazing! The customer service at this place is like the best. They're so quick to respond to any questions or help with any issues you might have. And they even wear cool shoes themselves, so you know they're on top of things! I really can't recommend the shoes, the company, or their awesome customer service enough. Keep up the great work, you guys are absolute rock stars in my opinion!
Shoe purchase
The customer service at this place is seriously amazing. I ordered some shoes and they were missing from the package when it arrived. But I contacted them through the website and got a reply in just 12 hours. They quickly sent me a new pair without any issues. I was so impressed by how fast and responsive they were, especially since online retailers can sometimes be a pain. I'm really thankful for the great service they gave me.

The shoes I got from here are not just really cute, but super comfy too. They had so many different styles and colors to choose from, way more than what you see in regular stores. I've been wearing my shoes a ton and noticed the insoles were getting worn out and the cork was peeling. I reached out to customer service and they were awesome - sent me new insoles at no cost, and they arrived the very next day! I'm beyond thrilled to have comfy shoes again! The shoes are still in great shape and I really appreciate the company's values.

Classic Bio Leather shoes
Oh my goodness, these shoes feel like walking on clouds! They are so comfortable and cute. Flat, supportive sneakers
These sneakers are just stunning and so easy to style up or down while still looking sharp. The support inside is amazing, making them ideal for wearing all day long.
