Nicki neo shoes purchase
The customer service at this place is amazing! I had a little trouble with customs fees, but they really went out of their way to help me out. They even gave me a $20 gift card to make up for the inconvenience. They kept me updated at every step until my Nicki neo shoes finally arrived. And let me tell you, these shoes are fantastic - super comfy, stylish, and well-made. I can dress them up for a night out or keep it casual. I'm already thinking about getting the Fusions next. The Nicki collection is a winner for sure, and I hope they keep selling these shoes for a long time. Barb4Life!
Loci/Niki blue and Burgundy fusion
I just bought the Loci/Niki blue and Burgundy fusion, and let me tell you, I am really impressed. This shoe is perfect for when I go running or walking, plus it's super lightweight and comfortable, just like I wanted. I always try to buy vegan products, so it's awesome to see that this shoe is both light and comfy, which shows its quality. I can't wait to wear these colors all summer!

The whole process of ordering those sneakers was a bit bumpy, but let me tell you, the customer service was absolutely amazing. I decided to make a purchase recently because of the collaboration between Nicki Minaj and the company, and I have to say I was really impressed. The hoodie I ordered from that place was all messed up when it arrived due to shipping. However, the folks there were really nice and promptly sent me a replacement. I'm excited to give their shoes a try next!

Unfortunately, they couldn't fix the issue, but I was happy to find out that LOCI offers repair and recycling services, which shows they care about sustainability. I was impressed with how easy it was to contact their customer service team via email. They were quick to respond, answering all my questions within 24 hours, even over a holiday weekend. The team's communication and efficiency were really top-notch. In the end, they offered to cover the cost of a new pair of LOCIs to resolve the problem, showing their commitment to making durable products. Voucher redemption for recycling scheme
I just used Loci's recycling program and sent in some old sneakers to get a £25 voucher for some new shoes. Haven't actually bought the new kicks yet, but had a bit of trouble trying to use the voucher. Luckily, Alex from customer service was super helpful and got everything sorted out fast. He even checked back in to make sure everything was cool. Really impressed with their customer service and will for sure be buying from them again soon.
Sustainable trainers purchase
I was on the lookout for some eco-friendly sneakers and I came across this brand that I really liked. I was drawn to their unique style, variety of colors, and the fact that they are vegan. I ended up purchasing 3 pairs from them and I am extremely satisfied. I had an issue recently and contacted their customer service, and I was impressed by how helpful and friendly they were. I've been wearing my shoes a ton and noticed the insoles were getting worn out and the cork was peeling. Oh my goodness, these shoes feel like walking on clouds! They are so comfortable and cute. I was a bit nervous about ordering shoes online without being able to try them on, but they ended up fitting perfectly and arrived really fast all the way here in Australia. First purchase, Echo Bio leather sneakers
I just bought my first pair of sneakers from this company - the Echo Bio leather ones. I have to say, their customer service was really impressive, especially Alex who guided me through the whole process. I did a lot of research on the company's production plant in Portugal before I bought these sneakers, and it was totally worth it. This company totally took my money and claimed they refunded it, but they actually didn't! I had to call my credit card company to get to the bottom of it. Thankfully, they got in touch with me and made it right, which was really great! ?
