Review about: Webex
Billing dispute call
I just had the most awful time dealing with Webex billing support. Their customer service was a mess and not helpful at all. The rep I spoke to didn't even bother to listen to my problem, all they cared about was how I was talking to them. I couldn't even vent my frustration, so I decided to just cancel the services and warned everyone in my company to steer clear. Their technology is so outdated compared to options like GoToMeeting and Zoom, which are much more dependable. I'm definitely relieved to be rid of them.

Cat food that my picky cat finally enjoys
My cat used to be so picky about what she ate, turning her nose up at all these different types of cat food. But ever since I switched to this brand, she's been chowing down on every meal without fail. She goes crazy for the Turkey & Chicken shreds and gravy, and she doesn't mind the kibble I give her on the side. Plus, I love that I don't have to keep this stuff in the freezer like I did with other brands. And those rubber lids that come with it? So handy for keeping the leftovers fresh without making a mess.

Order not received, replacement sent
I was kinda bummed at first when my order didn't show up when it was supposed to, but the customer service team hooked me up with a replacement order at no extra cost. I was really impressed with how on top of things they were and how they were willing to fix the issue right away. It's nice to see a company that actually sticks to their word, and I really appreciate the great customer service they gave me. Definitely recommend them.

Just some sunglasses
I bought these sunglasses from here, and let me tell you, the customer service manager is just so lazy! They don't even bother picking up the phone or handling complaints, they just pass everything off to their support team. It's not cool at all, you know? Like, seriously, do your job!
