I just had a little mix-up with my booking that was totally my fault, but the folks at Omio customer support really came through and fixed it fast. I was really impressed with how quickly they got back to me and how skilled they were at sorting things out. It's nice to know they've got your back, even when it's your own slip-up causing the issue.

I bought four items the other day, but one of them was missing and got replaced with something I didn't even want. I tried contacting customer service, but they haven't told me why this mix-up happened. The fact that they're taking so long to fix it is really getting on my nerves and making me pretty upset.

I decided to make a purchase recently because of the collaboration between Nicki Minaj and the company, and I have to say I was really impressed. The customer service was amazing from the moment I placed my pre-order to resolving shipping problems effortlessly. The shoes were even better than I expected in terms of quality and design - they're stylish and super comfy. This was definitely one of the best online shopping experiences I've had so far, and I'll definitely be coming back for more releases that catch my attention.

Billing dispute call
I just had the most awful time dealing with Webex billing support. Their customer service was a mess and not helpful at all. The rep I spoke to didn't even bother to listen to my problem, all they cared about was how I was talking to them. I couldn't even vent my frustration, so I decided to just cancel the services and warned everyone in my company to steer clear. Their technology is so outdated compared to options like GoToMeeting and Zoom, which are much more dependable. I'm definitely relieved to be rid of them.

Shirt and jeans
I recently bought a shirt and some jeans online, and I couldn't wait to wear them. Unfortunately, when they arrived, the shirt was way too small and the jeans were a different color than I expected. I decided to return them, but when I took the package to CVS, it never got scanned by UPS. I was really frustrated, so I contacted customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful. They made it seem like it was my fault that the package got lost and basically told me to handle it on my own. It was a really bad experience, and I felt like they didn't care about me at all. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I bought these sunglasses from here, and let me tell you, the customer service manager is just so lazy! They don't even bother picking up the phone or handling complaints, they just pass everything off to their support team. It's not cool at all, you know? Like, seriously, do your job!
