Clothing items
I recently bought something from this online store and overall, it was just okay. Ordering was easy and the delivery was quick. But when I had to return a few things, that's when things got tough. The returns process on their app was confusing. It made me choose all the items for return but didn't give me the QR code like it said it would. So, I couldn't finish the return for those items. After two frustrating live chat sessions, I finally got help for a manual return. Unfortunately, one item was missing from the return. When I reached out to customer service again to fix it, I dealt with an unhelpful agent named Karla. She had a dismissive tone and suggested it was my fault for not using live chat instead of the returns process. She also said the missing item would be refunded separately within 24 hours, which didn't seem right to me. On top of that, she sent me a link that didn't work for this review site, making everything more aggravating.
Men's t-shirts with cut-outs
This company is really pushing the limits with their design and model photography. I really dig the edgy style they bring to their products, especially the men's t-shirts with cut-outs. Although, I have noticed they could use more color options, like more black choices. And sometimes the sizes don't fit just right, but that's a common issue with online shopping, I guess. I had some trouble paying for my order, the signing process was acting up. It might have been my internet or browser, but it was super frustrating. Overall, I'm all about the futuristic design vibe and the dope model performances this company offers, along with the good prices.
Recent purchases
I've made a few purchases from this website and it's been pretty good. I ended up needing to return an item that arrived late, but the customer service was great about it. I chatted with a person named Jess and she was super friendly and understood what was going on. Even though my return was past the deadline, Jess still allowed me to send it back and provided me with a new return label. I truly appreciate her kindness and I wanted to give a shoutout to Jess and ASOS for their excellent service!

I recently got some really adorable clothes from there, but when I put them on, they were way too big! It was a bummer, for real. So, I had to send them back and guess what? I had to deal with a restocking fee! It was so frustrating. On top of that, the customer service was kinda confusing, like I had to start the return process all over again or something. But I've shopped there in the past and usually really like their stuff.

I ordered some sneakers from this online store, and man, the delivery time has been crazy long. I bought them more than a week ago, and I still haven't gotten them! I've had packages from far away show up faster than this. It's annoying to see that the expected delivery date has passed with no updates or notifications on my order. ASOS, please figure it out and tell me where my stuff is!

I bought something online and paid for next-day delivery to make sure it would get here quickly. But the delivery didn't come when it was supposed to, which was really annoying and inconvenient for me.

I bought some pants online and paid extra for next day delivery. But, I ran into problems because the tracking said my order was sent back to the company. When I tried to get help, all I got were automated messages from a computer. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I needed the pants for a special event.
Just wanted a new outfit
Man, I'm so frustrated. I ordered my outfit for this party that's coming up, expecting it to arrive in just one day. But it's been a whole week and still no sign of it! I tried chatting with someone online, and all they said was to wait another day. Like, seriously? I need my outfit now! And to top it off, why can't I just talk to a real person on the phone? This is not cool at all.
Sneakers
I was so excited to get my new sneakers quickly, but man was I mistaken. I ordered them with next-day delivery, but after waiting 4 days, they still haven't arrived. When I reached out to customer service, I got stuck talking to a useless AI bot that was no help at all. Turns out, my shoes are stuck in customs in Switzerland. What a ridiculous situation.
Swimwear purchase
I had a problem with my swimwear order going to the wrong house and maybe getting swiped by one of my neighbors. I reached out to customer service and got lucky with a really great rep who was super helpful and understanding. They really went the extra mile to sort things out and make sure I got my stuff before my trip. I'm thankful for their attention and help through it all.
50% discount code for out of stock item
I was really happy with the customer service from ASOS when they didn't have the item I ordered. The person I talked to gave me a 50% off discount for the first item I bought and let me pick out other stuff worth the same amount. I thought their customer service was top-notch and I was really thankful for it.
Late refund issue
I just wanted to share that I had a bit of a delay in getting my refund for an order I placed, and it really bugged me and threw me off. I tried getting in touch with customer service through the usual channels, but it was a pain trying to talk to a real person. It would be so much easier if there was a straight-up email address for customer problems.
Cute clothes
The online chat was awesome! I was having trouble with my order, but as soon as I asked to speak with someone, I got connected right away. They helped me out really quickly and fixed everything up for me. It felt like magic! I definitely give it a big thumbs up!
