Floral Print Maxi Dress
I just bought this really cute floral print maxi dress from an online store. Ordering it was super easy and the website was user-friendly. But when I got the dress, it was not at all what I was picturing based on the description and photos online. The quality was pretty bad and it looked completely different from what I was hoping for.
Trainers purchase
I ordered some sneakers from this online store, and man, the delivery time has been crazy long. I bought them more than a week ago, and I still haven't gotten them! I've had packages from far away show up faster than this. It's annoying to see that the expected delivery date has passed with no updates or notifications on my order. ASOS, please figure it out and tell me where my stuff is!
Recent purchases
I've made a few purchases from this website and it's been pretty good. I ended up needing to return an item that arrived late, but the customer service was great about it. I chatted with a person named Jess and she was super friendly and understood what was going on. Even though my return was past the deadline, Jess still allowed me to send it back and provided me with a new return label. I truly appreciate her kindness and I wanted to give a shoutout to Jess and ASOS for their excellent service!
Next day delivery purchase
I bought something online and paid for next-day delivery to make sure it would get here quickly. But the delivery didn't come when it was supposed to, which was really annoying and inconvenient for me.
Trouser purchase
I bought some pants online and paid extra for next day delivery. But, I ran into problems because the tracking said my order was sent back to the company. When I tried to get help, all I got were automated messages from a computer. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I needed the pants for a special event.
Just wanted a new outfit
Man, I'm so frustrated. I ordered my outfit for this party that's coming up, expecting it to arrive in just one day. But it's been a whole week and still no sign of it! I tried chatting with someone online, and all they said was to wait another day. Like, seriously? I need my outfit now! And to top it off, why can't I just talk to a real person on the phone? This is not cool at all.
Sneakers
I was so excited to get my new sneakers quickly, but man was I mistaken. I ordered them with next-day delivery, but after waiting 4 days, they still haven't arrived. When I reached out to customer service, I got stuck talking to a useless AI bot that was no help at all. Turns out, my shoes are stuck in customs in Switzerland. What a ridiculous situation.
Swimwear purchase
I had a problem with my swimwear order going to the wrong house and maybe getting swiped by one of my neighbors. I reached out to customer service and got lucky with a really great rep who was super helpful and understanding. They really went the extra mile to sort things out and make sure I got my stuff before my trip. I'm thankful for their attention and help through it all.

I just bought some new clothes for a special event, and I gotta admit, I was really impressed by how helpful the customer service was. The first person I talked to couldn't answer my question, but they quickly transferred me to someone else who took care of everything smoothly and professionally. It was a really easy and stress-free process, which made my shopping experience way better.

I just got a whole outfit for a night out from this online clothing store, and I gotta say, I was super impressed. I was really happy with the customer service from ASOS when they didn't have the item I ordered. The person I talked to gave me a 50% off discount for the first item I bought and let me pick out other stuff worth the same amount. I thought their customer service was top-notch and I was really thankful for it.
Cute clothes
I recently got some really adorable clothes from there, but when I put them on, they were way too big! It was a bummer, for real. So, I had to send them back and guess what? I had to deal with a restocking fee! It was so frustrating. On top of that, the customer service was kinda confusing, like I had to start the return process all over again or something. But I've shopped there in the past and usually really like their stuff.
Late refund issue
I just wanted to share that I had a bit of a delay in getting my refund for an order I placed, and it really bugged me and threw me off. I tried getting in touch with customer service through the usual channels, but it was a pain trying to talk to a real person. It would be so much easier if there was a straight-up email address for customer problems.
Cute clothes
The online chat was awesome! I was having trouble with my order, but as soon as I asked to speak with someone, I got connected right away. They helped me out really quickly and fixed everything up for me. It felt like magic! I definitely give it a big thumbs up!

I've bought stuff from this online store that sells men's clothes twice now and I've been happy both times. The sizes were spot on and the shipping was fast. The website is a little tricky to get around, but I think that's more about me than the store itself. In general, I think of this site as the place to go for cool and different clothing choices.
Shirt and jeans
I recently bought a shirt and some jeans online, and I couldn't wait to wear them. Unfortunately, when they arrived, the shirt was way too small and the jeans were a different color than I expected. I decided to return them, but when I took the package to CVS, it never got scanned by UPS. I was really frustrated, so I contacted customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful. They made it seem like it was my fault that the package got lost and basically told me to handle it on my own. It was a really bad experience, and I felt like they didn't care about me at all. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
€600 order
I recently placed a big order on ASOS for €600, but ran into a major issue. When my package arrived, I saw that one item was missing. I reached out to customer support right away, only to find out that my account had been blocked for some reason. I was disappointed by the lack of help I got from the customer service team. They basically told me they couldn't do anything because my account was blocked. Feeling ignored and frustrated, I decided to return all the items and had to pay for shipping them back to the warehouse.
Next day delivery
I just bought something from ASOS with next day delivery, but they used a carrier that has caused problems in my area before. So my package ended up being a week late. Luckily, ASOS's customer service team was really quick to help out and they sent a replacement right away.
Convenient shopping experience
This online store is like a gigantic shopping center on the internet where you can find all sorts of things from popular brands. I love how I can always find just what I'm looking for, whether it's stylish clothes, cool accessories, or cute shoes. The website is really easy to use, and the search feature works great. I also really appreciate reading reviews from other shoppers to help me decide what to buy. Honestly, I can spend forever on this site because it's so easy and fun to shop on.
