I chatted with a person named Jess and she was super friendly and understood what was going on. Even though my return was past the deadline, Jess still allowed me to send it back and provided me with a new return label.     Man, I'm so frustrated. I ordered my outfit for this party that's coming up, expecting it to arrive in just one day. But it's been a whole week and still no sign of it!     I recently got some really adorable clothes from there, but when I put them on, they were way too big! It was a bummer, for real. So, I had to send them back and guess what? I had to deal with a restocking fee! It was so frustrating. On top of that, the customer service was kinda confusing, like I had to start the return process all over again or something.     I just wanted to share that I had a bit of a delay in getting my refund for an order I placed, and it really bugged me and threw me off. I tried getting in touch with customer service through the usual channels, but it was a pain trying to talk to a real person. It would be so much easier if there was a straight-up email address for customer problems.

Unfortunately, when they arrived, the shirt was way too small and the jeans were a different color than I expected. I decided to return them, but when I took the package to CVS, it never got scanned by UPS. I was really frustrated, so I contacted customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful. They made it seem like it was my fault that the package got lost and basically told me to handle it on my own. It was a really bad experience, and I felt like they didn't care about me at all.     I recently placed a big order on ASOS for €600, but ran into a major issue. When my package arrived, I saw that one item was missing. I reached out to customer support right away, only to find out that my account had been blocked for some reason. I was disappointed by the lack of help I got from the customer service team. They basically told me they couldn't do anything because my account was blocked. Feeling ignored and frustrated, I decided to return all the items and had to pay for shipping them back to the warehouse.
