But I've shopped there in the past and usually really like their stuff.

I just bought this photo editing software and let me tell you, the customer service was a real letdown. When I had to factory reset my laptop and re-download the program, I couldn't register it for some reason. I got in touch with customer care, but they couldn't figure out how to fix it. So now, I'm stuck with just the free version of the software and don't have access to all the cool features I paid for. The software works great and is easy to use, but the customer service dropped the ball when it came to helping me out and making things right.
