Difficulty with withdrawal process
I had a really awful time trying to get my money out of this company. The process to verify my account was a total nightmare and it honestly felt like they were purposely making it hard for me to get my cash. And if that wasn't bad enough, their customer service was no help at all and downright rude. This has seriously been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a financial company.
My experience
After thinking about putting my money into cryptocurrency with BlockFi, I ended up backing out because of bad things I heard about from other customers. They said they were bombarded with emails about the company going bankrupt, which made me nervous about giving them my money. The idea that my info could end up in court documents because of their money issues really freaked me out. Even though I was tempted by the promise of making a lot of money from stable coin lending, all the talk about BlockFi not being financially stable made me decide not to go through with any investments.

My account has been blocked for months and I can't even get into it. I've tried emailing and calling but no one is getting back to me. It's really annoying and not okay.
