I've been messing around with crypto trading for a bit now, and I gotta say, my time on this platform has been pretty good. I've had some moments of annoyance here and there, but nothing too crazy. I'd give it like a 7.5 out of 10. The verification process was easy, the e-transfer options are handy, and I like that there are no fees for transactions over a certain amount. The interface is easy to use, and the fees are fair compared to other platforms I've tried. The live chat support has been pretty useful when I've needed help. On the downside, not having a mobile app is a hassle, the chat queue can get long, and it's frustrating that there's no phone support. Also, sometimes there are delays with receiving Interac requests during market drops, and there was a glitch that messed up my deposit fee, which I'm waiting to get fixed. All in all, it's been a decent experience with some areas that could use some work.
