Tread carefully you risk losing your money!
Despite using Wirex for 3 years successfully, my account was blocked over 4 months ago without any explanation. I've emailed Wirex customer service to get an explanation on why my account was blocked, or the timeframe on when they'll unblock it, no response has been forthcoming. This is very frustrating because for the 3 years I've deposited over 35 bitcoins to my Wirex card, which I've used to make verifiable purchases. Wirex blocked my account without prior warning and their customer support is completely ignoring me now. This is a warning to all Wirex users, please withdraw all your money from Wirex you don't want to end up like me.
