The website was fine, but it kept freezing when I was trying to pay, and it ended up charging me twice for my order. But I did get my order pretty quickly. Although, I was bummed to see that the free sample I asked for will expire in less than a month.

This place is really awesome for finding those hard-to-find watches. It did take a few days for my purchase to finally get shipped, but let me tell you, it was definitely worth the wait. The delivery service from this company is just awful. I ordered something with their so-called 3-5 Working Days Super Saver Delivery, but it actually took them 5 whole working days just to send it out. And then I had to wait even longer for it to get to me. The customer service team made all these promises that turned out to be totally empty and untrustworthy. I had to ask my neighbor to take the delivery since I'm gonna be away for two weeks. It was a pretty letdown experience overall.

Lightweight and trendy raincoat
I got this raincoat originally for my mom, but she never used it so now it's mine! When I recently wore it in Scotland, I absolutely fell in love with it. It's so light, in a nice grey color, and it kept me dry while still looking stylish. The fabric is super cozy and it's roomy enough to layer underneath or just wear with a t-shirt, making it perfect for all kinds of weather. I would definitely get another one. The only downside is that it can get marked easily, but it's easy to clean off with a damp cloth. I also have a Herchell raincoat that I really like, but I prefer the shape and look of this one.

Jacket and pants purchase
I bought this jacket and pants set on sale back on August 18th. Got the confirmation, and it said only the pants were coming because the jacket was out of stock. I wasn't happy about the lack of communication, so I called customer service to complain. The rep couldn't really explain why it happened and said someone else would get back to me, but they never did. When the package showed up, I sent it back because I wasn't accepting just the pants. UPS says it got back on August 25th, but here we are on September 14th, and I still don't have my refund. I even emailed them proof that the package was returned, but they just keep saying it'll take up to 14 days once they get the item back. Seems like they're not really paying attention or understanding. My recommendation? Shop at actual stores instead of online. This whole situation is embarrassing.

Sunscreen purchase
I just bought some sunscreen from this company, and man, let me tell you, I was so bummed out by it. The sunscreen had this funky smell, kind of like butt juice - yuck! And get this, it was almost expired! Can you believe that? Especially after shelling out a good amount of money for it. So, I tried to talk to this lady, Julia, in customer service about it. But she just kept lying and denying everything. It's really disappointing to see a company care more about lying than making sure their customers are happy with their products.
