I got this meal kit box for a family member who's dealing with money problems and health issues. It's really been a lifesaver for them. They're not only saving money, but they're also loving cooking up yummy and healthy meals they probably wouldn't have been able to afford or think of making on their own.

Jackets
I bought two jackets as gifts, but when they arrived, the package was damaged and one of the jackets was missing. I reached out to customer service, and they told me to file a claim with the shipping company. Even after going through that whole process, I never got my money back. The Head of Customer Service was not helpful at all, they were rude and didn't seem to care about my situation. I gave them all the info they asked for, but they still wouldn't give me a refund. After 2 months, the shipping company found out that the package was packed wrong. Even after I got the second jacket and confirmed it, they still wouldn't give me my money back. It took me 4 months to finally get my refund through PayPal. I definitely don't recommend buying from this seller. Just really think about it before you make a purchase.

Zip up hoodie for my son
I got my son a zip-up hoodie in a size large, but it was way too small! The sleeves barely reached his elbows and the back was shorter than the front. I tried to send it back, but they said no returns. Not cool! I think they should refund my money, but I'm still waiting to hear back.

I had such a great time with my last purchase. Ordering was a breeze, super easy to figure out. I really liked getting those reminder notifications to either stick with my order or pass on the month. And man, those discounts on the shoes were just unbelievable, so many styles to choose from. Plus, I was really into those magazine offers that didn't try to sneak in any automatic renewals. All in all, I was totally happy with how everything went down.

I found some awesome fishing gear at this store, but man, it took so long to come in because they shipped it with FedEx. I swear, FedEx must have something against me because they purposely delayed my package! And Bass Pro didn't even bother to check in, they just cared about getting paid. Next time, I'll just head over to the store in person.

Dress
This site is an absolute scam. The dress I ordered came in and was nothing like the picture. The quality was horrible! Then I started the return process. They wanted me to pay for shipping back to China which was 60-80 dollars- more than what I paid for the dress, plus they wanted to keep the shipping they paid from the refund they were going to give me. So I basically would have paid to send the dress back and get no money back. Absolutely absurd. Do not order from this site.

The company cares enough about their consumer that when they revamped the drill, addressing the reasons i had for not liking it, they contacted me. They asked me if i was willing to try the newer version at a deeply discounted price.
I find this care for customer satisfaction very refreshing!
This revamped drill is great! Nice cord length, rests nicely in the hand, minimal vibration even at the faster rpms. It doesn't heat up with use and is very quiet. As a professional nail artist i am happy to add this to my list of favorite and recommended tools.Review about: Muukal

Very disappointed and really outraged over Mukkal customer service.
I ordered a clear-computer and sunglasses-distance version of the Bunny frame.
The sunglasses came and were broken, the clear glasses broke right away. Their refund amount was very insignificant.

A silver ring with a rough tanzanite stone
Have not received anything. It has been a week since I was supposed to have received it. It is July 2020. I should have received it on the 18th and today is the 25th. I have been calling and leaving messages, no one calls back. It is very badly organized and has bad service. I am not computer savvy so I suppose I have lost my money.
I haven't dealt with them in about four years but when I did they were very good and I noticed the shipments out of California have been taking a little bit longer

I ordered a necklace for my wife for Mother’s Day. It was not going to arrive on time and we were ok with that. The necklace still hasn’t arrived at my address. As I’m writing this review, it is now day 42 of waiting. I have been tracking the order everyday, but it is almost useless. There won’t be an update for weeks at a time. I’ve contacted their customer service and just wanted a real estimate when to expect my order. All I got was an apology, a link to track my order and to “wait a few more days”. It looks like everyone has issues with this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. That’s all I can say at this point.
