Midway through my morning I noticed the pair didn't match — weird, since I've ordered the same style before. The lenses themselves feel fine, comfortable enough for all-day wear, but one frame was a touch looser and the prescriptions didn't line up. Support asked for a prescription for Readers (which are a default option) and gave me the runaround. So yeah, product comfort is okay, but customer service pushed me to consider switching vendors.
The moment I knew

I actually remember the moment I felt sure — a weird, cheap-looking pair turned out to be comfortable and the prescription was perfect on day one. That surprised me. Small win after a mess

Pretty happy overall, despite a few hiccups

After the initial worry I actually like these more than the pair I bought at my eye doctor — and that's saying something. I might still buy one prescription pair locally later, just to keep my eye doc happy and double-check the prescription, but I'll definitely order from this company again. So yeah, skeptical at first, satisfied now.
Prescription glasses
I am a resident of Israel and before I placed my prescription order, I checked Muukal:shipping location and Israel was on the list of shipping destinations so placed the order made payment and received a confirmation. The next day, I received an email from customer support asking me if I reside in Israel because it will take long time to get to Israel. I responded that I currently reside in Israel and don't mind waiting. I then received an notification that my orders was cancelled. I immediately responded that was not acceptable and I insist that they ship the order ni matter how long it takes. I then received received another email advising me that they don't ship to Israel, yet the site continues to offer the option. This is not the way a reputable company conducts business.

Worst company I have done business with. They sent me three pair of glasses I can not see with. When I contacted them they offered to replace 1 pair. More discussion and they offered to replace 2 pair. Put a bad review on one site and they offered 3 replacements. I do not think they can make a good pair of progressive glasses so I do not want that. I wanted a refund. They offered 50%. They they offered a full refund with the return of glasses to China with tracking number. My understanding by what they have told me is that this will be very expensive. I saw another review that thought it would be at least $60! Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company. I thought I was dealing with an American company and only after purchase did I discover it was Chinese. What a waste of money.
Magnetic sunglass covers
I just have to give a shoutout to how awesome these sunglass covers are that I got from here. I accidentally left one in my shirt pocket and it ended up going through the wash. I was so upset when I found it at the bottom of the washer, but surprisingly, it was completely fine after I wiped it off. It really goes to show the top-notch quality of these covers. I was so amazed and had to show my husband immediately. Thanks for offering such fantastic products!
Glasses order
I bought some really cool glasses recently. The store actually gave me a call to double-check all the details since I was getting something unique. I thought that was really nice of them. Also, their prices were the absolute best.
Glasses purchase
Muukal has a great variety of frames to choose from, so it was easy for me to find a style that I really liked. It was also super convenient for me to upload my prescription, which saved me a trip to the eye doctor. The deal of 3 pairs for $119USD was too good to pass up, so I ended up snagging a total of 6 new pairs of glasses. The delivery time of about 3 weeks was reasonable, and I was happy to get all of my glasses pretty quickly. While a couple of pairs took a bit of getting used to because of their shape, I'm overall really happy with my purchases and have been wearing them all the time.
Reading glasses
This company is HORRIBLE! I purchased three pairs of reading glasses. All three pairs are incorrect. I made a mistake when I uploaded my prescription and I sent my distance prescription. I contacted them and let them know I needed it changed to my reading prescription, they replied with confirmation, but still made them with the wrong prescription. When I contacted them about this, they insisted they are correct and told me to have them tested at the eye Dr.’s office. I explained that was unnecessary as I think I am capable of knowing whether I can see with them or not. They were argumentative, not at all professional, and rather childish in their responses. Also, my package arrived stinking of cigarette smoke, no professional company would allow that. They refused to make it right and either refund me or send me the correct prescription. Do not waste your money.
Lightweight frames, cracked after 6 months
The glasses I got were really cute, but man, the frames were such a letdown. They were way too flimsy and cheap, and ended up cracking after just 6 months of wearing them. If you're thinking of getting a pair, I'd suggest getting an extra set to switch your lenses into, just in case.
Sunglasses purchase
This store has literally the best deals ever! Got me some super cute sunglasses, but ran into a little issue with one of 'em. I reached out to customer service, and they straight up fixed everything super fast and went above and beyond to keep me smiling. Now I'm tempted to order more, but dang there are too many cute options to decide from! The only bummer is there's still a good amount of glare even with the anti-glare coatings. Not a deal-breaker though, definitely gonna come back to shop here again 'cause the deals are out of this world!
Got 3 glasses, only 1 is right
I bought 3 pairs of glasses from Muukal, but only one of them has the right prescription. I've been waiting for more than a month for them to fix the other 2 pairs, but they're not answering my messages. It's really frustrating to have paid for 3 pairs but only be able to see clearly out of one.
