Prescription glasses purchase
I had a great experience with Muukal. I found it easy to upload my prescription, and they had a wide variety of frames and lenses to choose from. I really liked how they explained all the different lens options and add-ons. But what I loved the most was their amazing customer service. I messed up on my order, but when I contacted them, they were quick to offer to send me a new pair to Australia at no extra charge. It's rare to find that kind of service nowadays, so I was really impressed with how Muukal handled the situation so promptly and effectively.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with buying glasses online. It was a real hassle. I wanted to see if my insurance in Canada would cover the cost, but I couldn't find any info on the website. No address, no license number - nothing. It felt shady, like they were hiding something. And when I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all. Dodging my questions and not giving me any real answers. It was frustrating, like hitting a brick wall. I was able to snag these glasses at a great price and decided to give progressive lenses a shot for the first time! I also picked up a pair of stylish polarized sunglasses and some regular single lens glasses with the thinnest index lens available. I was really happy with all three pairs and I'm actually in the process of ordering more. The only bummer was that it took longer than I thought for the delivery to arrive.
