Crossbody bag
I ordered a bag on May 12, 2022 at 6:49pm. I then sent an email on May 14th stating i would like to cancel my order and be refunded in full. Christopher Loinaz emails me today May17th telling me my item shipped on May 12th. Seriously, i ordered it after business hours and never got a confirmation email stating it was shipped. He is arguing with me (not very professional) instead of being honest and doing the right thing. My bag hasnt shipped, yet and i do not want this bag. I highly recommend NO ONE buy from MKF COLLECTION because the people that work here do not care about doing the right thing. I deserve a full refund and my order to be canceled since i reached out to them BEFORE my bag shipped. I ordered in the evening, they were closed over the weekend and today, my item hasnt shown to be shipped. Christopher Loinaz, you are not very professional with your customers and I will not buy from this company again.
Purse
The purse I purchased was supposedly marked down from $200+ to $40, so one would assume it was of high quality. This purse is very cheap and is obviously not even leather. It's absolute garbage and the company made me pay the return shipping. Buyer beware...not a company I will ever do business with again.

Purchased handbag May 19, received and loved the bag. In less than a month the hardware holding the shoulder strap came out of the handbag dropping the the metal bracket and strap. The handbag is broken. We have sent three emails along with photos asking for a credit or replacement. MKF is ignoring our requests and continues to ask for photos. I would not make another purchase with this company.
