Side markers for Honda
I ordered some side markers for my Honda from this company, but unfortunately, I never got my package. The tracking info said it was delivered when I was home, but I didn't see any USPS truck or package in my mailbox. I tried reaching out to AUXITO for help, but their responses were not helpful and didn't fix the problem. It looks like this is a common problem based on other reviews of their customer service. It's really frustrating to pay for something and not get it, especially when the company doesn't seem to care about making it right.
LED lights purchase
I had a really great experience with the company. I wasn't sure if the LED lights I wanted would work for me, but the customer service team was super helpful. I've bought a bunch of LED lights from AUXITO over the years and let me tell you, they are the real deal when it comes to fitting perfectly to your specific model. LED lights for BMW
The customer service at this company is amazing! They were so helpful and super quick to respond when I had a problem with the LEDs I bought for my BMW. The fault code kept coming on, but they sent me some fault decoders right away that fixed the issue. I seriously can't complain about them at all, and I'll definitely be coming back as a customer. Totally worth every penny!
Rear wiper motor purchase
I bought a rear wiper motor that turned out to be faulty, so I had to pay extra to have a mechanic install it. The seller refused to take responsibility and their customer service was awful. I recommend that others steer clear of buying from them.
LED lights purchase
I bought some LED lights for my car from this company and I really like the product. But, unfortunately, I ran into a problem where the lights triggered a code in my car, which ended up causing the LEDs to burn out. Now I'm stuck in this frustrating situation where I have to go back and forth with the company to get a replacement. They want me to smash the lights, take a photo, and then they'll send me a new one. This whole process seems ridiculous and doesn't make sense to me. It's been days and I still haven't gotten a replacement or any clear answers from them. It feels like I have to keep bothering them just to get a response.
LED bulbs with in-line resistor
At first, I had a problem with the bulbs not working, but AUXITO hooked me up with a free in-line resistor to solve the issue. These lights are super bright, way brighter than the regular bulbs. I definitely suggest them.
LED Bulbs for Low Beams and Fog Lights
I just got these new LED bulbs for the low beams and fog lights on my cars, and let me tell you, I am loving how they turned out. I just bought some tint from this company because I wanted it to help reduce UV rays, but it turns out that it didn't really do that at all. I think they might have just given me some leftover pieces instead of the actual good stuff. I'm pretty bummed out about it and I won't be buying from them again.

I just bought some LED headlight bulbs for my car to try to make it look better and improve the lighting. But once I installed them, my car started showing error messages on the console. When I reached out to the company for help, they told me I had to send the bulbs back to China on my own dime, even though I bought them in Europe. It's really disappointing to see such poor customer service and lack of responsibility. These bulbs might work fine in older cars without CANBUS systems, but I definitely wouldn't recommend them for modern vehicles. I'm currently working with my Credit Card company under the consumer credit act to try to sort out this problem.

Incorrect Bulb Purchase
I messed up and got the wrong bulbs for my car because there were a lot of headlight choices for my model. But man, the customer service at this company was awesome! I reached out about my mistake, and they were super helpful in sending me the right bulbs. They not only responded quickly but got the replacement bulbs to me in just three days. It was the perfect fix for my mistake, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I finally found some LED bulbs that really do the trick! I've wasted so much money on other bulbs from different stores that turned out to be a letdown. But with these LEDs from AUXITO, I haven't had any issues with hyper flash, and they work like a charm every single time. I've ordered from them multiple times and have never been let down.
LED headlights
I got myself some LED headlights and they showed up in like a week. They worked awesome, but I ran into a snag because the LEDs didn't have the decoder. Thankfully, the company hooked me up with the canbus decoder for free. I got everything hooked up now and it's all good. These lights are so much better than halogens. And let me tell you, when I hit the high beams, it's like night and day. I ain't worried about driving at night anymore.
Bright new lights
I just picked up these awesome new lights for my ride and let me tell you, they blow my old ones out of the water. The light they give off is crazy bright, but it's not blinding to other drivers on the road. These lights are a total game changer for my side by side!

I am absolutely thrilled with the LED bulbs I got from this store! They give off so much light and have a really crisp beam pattern, and they don't blind other drivers. Not to mention, they look awesome and the design keeps them from overheating and ruining the electronics.
