Front disk pads with sensors and front rotors for my 1989 car
I've ordered from this website twice now for my old car. I needed new front disk pads and front rotors, and both times I got what I needed without any issues. The first order showed up really quickly, in just 2 days. The second order took longer, about 6 days. Even though the second order was delayed, I'm still going to keep coming back here for my '89 car parts.

I recently bought some ignition coils for my BMW from an online auto parts store. They had a huge selection of parts for my car, which was pretty cool. But, I was kinda bummed that I didn't get free delivery even though my total purchase was over $100. Plus, the delivery took longer than I expected, which was annoying. Overall though, I've always been happy with the service from this company. One thing they could do better is get rid of the restrictions on their website for international customers. It can be a pain for people outside the US who want to buy parts.

Brake kit purchase
I just bought a brake kit from this company and was bummed out when it arrived missing some pieces. I ordered brake pads for the front and back of my ride but only got 3 front brake pad sensors and 1 rear one. I thought I was getting the whole kit! I contacted customer service about it and they sorted it out right away by sending me the missing rear brake pad sensors. Even though there was a mix-up at first, I'm grateful for how quickly and efficiently they fixed the problem.
Maintenance parts for my car
I've been shopping on this site for a few years, and every time I order, it's been a good experience. They always have what I need in stock, and the shipping is super fast. The prices are fair too, especially for car parts. The only downside was trying to find the exact parts I needed. The website kept showing me stuff that didn't fit my car, which was pretty annoying. Brakes purchase for luxury vehicle
I purchased some new brakes for my fancy car, and after just three months, they went kaput. The left side had these obvious marks on the rotor, and the right side would make this annoying rattle every time I braked, with discoloration all over the rotor. So, I reached out to customer service to sort out these bum parts. But instead of helping me out, they were super dismissive and unhelpful. Not only did they not fix the issue, but they also started ignoring my messages.
Throttle body purchase for 02 Saab
I happened to stumble upon this company online and thought I'd buy a throttle body for my 2002 Saab. The price seemed really good, which made me a bit skeptical about the quality. But when it showed up, I was happy to see that it was actually a genuine Hella brand part. It's been working great ever since.
Genuine part purchase
The part I bought was the real deal - it fit just right and worked amazingly. I was really impressed by how good it was and how well it performed. Plus, the price was super affordable, definitely a win for me. But, there were a couple of things that let me down. First off, the shipping took longer than I was hoping for. Brake pads and rotors
Man, it's like pulling teeth to get stuff shipped nowadays. I ordered some brake pads and rotors, and surprise surprise, the dang package vanished at some point. The company I bought from had to go with FedEx of all things - what a nightmare. If they had gone with a better service, maybe my package wouldn't have just poofed into nothingness. Next time, I won't be dumb enough to trust FedEx with crucial car parts, that's for sure. Live and learn, I suppose.
Brake pads
I just bought some brake pads from this company recently and man, I was so let down by the whole thing. The delivery took forever and when the package finally showed up, it looked like the part had already been used or sent back by somebody else. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, I had to make a bunch of phone calls and send a bunch of emails but nothing got resolved. They even wanted me to take pictures of the box and part, which felt like way too much. Honestly, this company needs to do a whole makeover starting from how they take orders to how they treat their customers.
