learned my lesson — this place isn’t dependable. I saw everything listed as in stock on their website, paid for premium delivery and it never showed up, which messed up a trip. I messaged them repeatedly with no reply until days later when they admitted items weren’t available. I told a friend about it so they wouldn’t make the same mistake. Kinda annoyed but glad I caught it before a bigger disaster.
Doorstep fee headache
I was half unstrapping it on my porch when the UPS driver casually said there was an extra shipping charge — $83 — and wouldn't hand it over unless I paid. I paid and opened it — wrong helmet. I reached out; they said I could return it but I'd face a restocking fee, pay return shipping to Germany myself, and they'd keep the $83. I'd lose more than I paid. I use helmets daily for commutes, so it was a hassle. Weirdly, the wrong one fits great, which made me laugh.
Packing panic
I was elbow-deep in saddle bags two weeks before the first trail when I noticed the tracking hadn't budged. I dropped $400 because my dodgy lower back needs decent boots and I wanted them for riding season. For six weeks it was radio silence — phone like a ghost town and canned emails blaming COVID. I was ready to write them off, but when the boots finally arrived (very late) they were actually comfy and solid. Still annoyed by the service, but the boots did their job.
One good boot, one mystery
Woke up to a box that looked like it had been through a bar fight. Inside there was one decent SIDI Mag-1 boot that felt great — stiff where it needed to be, cushioned at the ankle, and comfortable for my scooter commutes — and the other boot was missing, plus the packaging was trashed. I tried the one I got, walked the block, loved the fit, but customer service gave me a vague, slow response. Great boot when you have both.
Delivery was the headache
I bought this after a crash and needed a sturdier helmet for commuting. Ordering was fine, but delivery turned into a headache. UPS refused to release it unless I paid an extra $83 — I paid, opened it, and it was the wrong model. Customer service said I could return it, but with a restocking fee, I'd pay shipping back to Germany, and that $83 wouldn’t be refunded. Returning would have cost me more than keeping it. Oddly, the padding is nicer than my old lid.
Nice jacket, ugly fees
check customs and ask them first. I wish they'd be honest about extra charges.
Quiet red flag
return details were vague, I sent multiple emails and basically got radio silence, which cost me around $400. Annoying. In the end I bought elsewhere; product okay if you don't need returns handled smoothly. I mean, their messaging could be a lot clearer and faster.
Refunded helmet, stuck with the comms
they did refund the recalled helmet but I ended up stuck with the Insyde comms unit. I sent five emails — nothing, complete silence — and that little mess cost me about $400. The return instructions were confusing, which is on them. I’ve seen other customers say the same about FC-Moto, so I didn’t risk more business. Ended up buying a Schuberth C5 with SC comms and a Chiggy BMW A5 elsewhere. Kinda annoyed, kinda relieved I didn’t spend more there.
Not great for last-minute trips
I'd avoid relying on them for travel gear. I ordered two items for a trip and they showed up about a week late with no heads-up, which messed up my plans. I tried calling and emailing — nothing but an auto-reply saying don't expect a quick answer and that calls might drop. Annoying. Weirdly, one item looked fine on arrival, better than I expected, even though they clearly don't check stuff before packing. Still, lack of communication and no customer support made the whole thing way more stressful.
Practical, solid gear
Midway through the trip I realized I’d been weirdly picky before buying. A friend had sent me a link — I first saw the helmet in a forum photo — and I almost didn’t pull the trigger on the LS2 and the 2-pack SMH10 comms because I worried about fit and specs. Shipping and sizing questions were handled quickly when I messaged customer service, and returning a jacket for a bigger size was easy. I rode about 2,500 miles around Lake Superior in temps from about 48°F to 95°F; the kit performed as described. The helmet has good venting.
Forum find gone sideways
"be patient, overloaded." Then silence while UPS returned the parcel. After a few days someone finally replied, blamed tariffs and arranged a partial refund and resend. Still annoyed they didn’t warn me about extra fees. Delivery was a mess, customer service improved later, so I'm cautiously satisfied.
Pretty solid all-rounder
this shop nailed it — solid gear, smooth returns, and zero drama. I mainly use the helmet and comms for daily commutes and quick errands, but they proved themselves on a weeklong, roughly 4,000 km loop around Lake Superior too. Ordered an LS2 and a two-pack SMH10, plus jacket and gloves (needed to swap the jacket for a bigger size — returned without fuss). Shipping was quick when stuff was in stock, customer replies were straight to the point, and the LS2 venting kept me comfy in 9–35°C. Not flashy, just works.
Half-decent earbuds, frustrating order
I was really looking forward to these earbuds. I use them every morning on the subway and for quick calls between meetings. They fit nicely, sound's clear enough and the touch controls work most of the time. But the ordering part? Total mess. The label had my name mangled. Instead of fixing it they just canceled the order and said they'd refund, which would take about two weeks. Their "fast solution" was basically "buy it again." So yeah, I can tell you how they feel — comfy and decent for daily use — but dealing with the shop left a bad aftertaste. Kinda annoyed and wary to reorder.
Not worth the headache
customer support was the real problem — I can't recommend them until that changes. They do have a wide product range and prices aren't bad, which actually surprised me, but during a consultation I was given wrong guidance and ended up with the wrong order. No refund for the extra shipping, no discount to fix it, and I had to place multiple reorders. It drained time and patience. If you try them, double-check everything and be ready to push for corrections. I wish they'd own mistakes faster.
Finally refunded, but don’t bother
they did refund me in the end, but the whole thing was a headache and I wouldn’t order from them again. I got the wrong Furygan jacket — wrong color, wrong size and a women’s cut instead of a men’s. I paid to return it by post, but they wouldn’t sign for the parcel so it came back to me and I was out more money for a while. I emailed with all the details and barely got any reply until I pushed. I’ve had smoother runs with other shops, so while I’m glad this sorted out, it was slow and annoying.
Zipper said no, but it ended okay
the leather uppers were way tighter than the footbed and the zipper wouldn’t meet, literally an inch gap, so there was no way to close them. I was pretty annoyed and skeptical that this was a quality control slip. After pushing back with customer service and a firm follow-up, they did accept the return and refunded the shipping. Still a hassle, but in the end I got my money back and felt a bit relieved.
Quietly reliable
tracking updates, decent transit times, well-packed (sometimes overpacked). My first impression this time was that customer service actually looked into a damaged part I reported. Mr. Daniel Kaiser found a replacement and even sent two sets of mounts, which I didn't expect and was grateful for. Communication was clear and timely, package arrived as scheduled. Prices are fair, not the cheapest, but service and delivery made it worth trying. Glad it worked out.
Lost in transit, stuck in limbo
I wouldn’t order from them again. I ordered boots on October 2 and by the 15th they hadn’t arrived. They gave me a tracking number, but after calling Royal Mail (a few times) I was told the label was wrong and the parcel was returned to the seller on October 22. I kept emailing Customer Care — Ahmed replied a couple times saying they were “investigating.” Now they say they won’t refund until Parcel Force physically sends it back. I never got the boots, so that feels wrong. PayPal has been slow too, dragging things out. I’ve had quicker refunds from other shops, so this whole process has just been frustrating and disappointing.
Saved my commute
Daniel Kaiser dug into stock, found a spare mount I didn't even expect, and sent two sets — seriously saved my butt. I appreciated the follow-up and the calm, helpful replies. Small human touch; felt like real people, not a faceless store. Will buy again.
Finally fit right
I remember standing in my hallway, halfway through wrestling the zipper, and thinking this was going to be a waste — I’d first seen the boots on a buddy’s Instagram and he swore by them, so I gave it a shot. At first the zipper wouldn’t come up and I was pissed, but after a quick chat with customer service they walked me through a return label and sent a replacement. The moment I knew it was worth it was when I zipped them up the second pair and they actually hugged my foot like they should — comfy, no weird gaps, felt like they were made for me. Glad I didn’t just toss them; good follow-up made the difference.
