    Not worth the headache

    customer support was the real problem — I can't recommend them until that changes. They do have a wide product range and prices aren't bad, which actually surprised me, but during a consultation I was given wrong guidance and ended up with the wrong order. No refund for the extra shipping, no discount to fix it, and I had to place multiple reorders. It drained time and patience. If you try them, double-check everything and be ready to push for corrections. I wish they'd own mistakes faster.

    Zipper said no, but it ended okay

    the leather uppers were way tighter than the footbed and the zipper wouldn’t meet, literally an inch gap, so there was no way to close them. I was pretty annoyed and skeptical that this was a quality control slip. After pushing back with customer service and a firm follow-up, they did accept the return and refunded the shipping. Still a hassle, but in the end I got my money back and felt a bit relieved.

Mr. Daniel Kaiser found a replacement and even sent two sets of mounts, which I didn't expect and was grateful for. Communication was clear and timely, package arrived as scheduled.     Lost in transit, stuck in limbo

    I wouldn’t order from them again. I ordered boots on October 2 and by the 15th they hadn’t arrived. They gave me a tracking number, but after calling Royal Mail (a few times) I was told the label was wrong and the parcel was returned to the seller on October 22. I kept emailing Customer Care — Ahmed replied a couple times saying they were “investigating.” Now they say they won’t refund until Parcel Force physically sends it back. I never got the boots, so that feels wrong. PayPal has been slow too, dragging things out. I’ve had quicker refunds from other shops, so this whole process has just been frustrating and disappointing.

That said, the wait was annoying, customer replies were slow and the surprise customs charge stung. Packaging had minor scuffs. Not flawless, but once on the road it did its job, and that first proper ride convinced me to keep it.

    I usually don’t write long rants but this one stuck with me — ordered a pair of boots that were supposed to show up in 3–5 working days and instead disappeared into the void for nearly two weeks. When they finally arrived they had a clear manufacturing defect, which put me right back on hold. I messaged customer service and was told no exchanges, only refunds — great, except I live in Switzerland, paid import tax and extra shipping, and was told I’d have to pay those again if I returned and reordered. After a bit of insistence they agreed (in writing, supposedly) to reimburse the VAT and delivery fee so I could simply order another pair. I sent the faulty boots back trusting that. In the end the refund was smaller than what I actually paid, so I got less money back than the price of the boots — felt like getting shortchanged. Compared to other retailers who at least offer easy exchanges, this was clunky and disappointing. Customer service was polite at times but ultimately unhelpful and inconsistent. If delivery timing and reliable follow-through matter to you, be cautious — I’ll think twice before ordering from them again.

    I remember opening the tracking and feeling that knot in my stomach — right in the middle of expecting something nice, basically. I had hesitated before ordering because I'd read a couple of mixed reviews from other shops (and I've had better luck elsewhere), but the price looked OK and I wanted it faster, so I paid extra for expedited shipping. That was my first decision I kept second-guessing as the days went by.
    The package showed "arrived in country" and then nothing. Turns out it sat in customs for over a week. I found out the hard way that the paperwork on the box was vague (or missing). DHL kept asking for details and reached out to the seller, but the seller either ignored them or was painfully slow to reply. I spent days on the phone and emailing DHL, sometimes three times a day, trying to figure out who was supposed to fix this. Eventually they told me I'd have to pay to get it released or they'd return it. So yeah, pressure.
    I tried contacting the company directly and didn't get a meaningful reply for like ten days. When they finally did answer, there was no clear help, no offer to cover any of the extra costs, no apology that mattered. I ended up doing the customs declaration myself (not fun if you're not a pro and don't know the codes) and paying a huge fee to DHL — about $866 more than expected — to retrieve the package. Part of that was import tax (I accepted around $230 of it) and part was handling, late fees, and whatever else accumulated while the box sat there.
    So the thing actually arrived in the end, but it wasn't smooth, and it sure wasn't cheap. I get that customs exist and sometimes stuff happens, but the seller's lack of clear paperwork and slow communication made a solvable situation expensive and stressful. Compared to other companies that have proactively fixed similar hiccups for me, this one felt indifferent. Not totally broken — the product did arrive — but the whole experience left me frustrated and wary of ordering from them again unless they drastically improve how they handle customs and customer contact.

No apology, no offer to refund the extra shipping, no compensation. They took the money at checkout and then didn’t follow through when things went sideways. My advice: if you’re in the US and thinking of ordering from them, double‑check customs procedures first or be prepared for a mess. Ask the seller to confirm a proper customs declaration up front.     I bought a motorcycle suit from this company not long ago and ran into some problems on my first ride.
