I gotta tell you, my shopping experience at FC-Moto was surprisingly awesome. Unlike some other online stores, these guys really know how to offer good stuff at fair prices. I ended up saving a good amount of cash even with import fees, and everything I got fits perfectly. The helmet is a little tight, but I'm sure it will break in nicely. The boots were a bit stiff at first, but they've loosened up after a few weeks. The goggles I picked out match the helmet perfectly, and those summer gloves are just what I needed. Overall, I had a fantastic shopping trip and I'll definitely be back for more gear in the future.

As a customer here in the US, I recently got myself two motorcycle helmets from FC-Moto and I gotta say, the whole thing just blew me away. Gaerne SG22 boots
I bought some motorcycle boots from this store and they had to order them from the supplier. The staff said they would arrive around a certain date but they actually got here sooner, on the 28th of May. I was really happy with how quickly they came and how well the staff kept me updated.

Helmet purchase
I just got a new motorcycle helmet from this online shop. I was a bit worried after seeing some bad reviews, but it showed up in perfect condition and in the size I needed. The packaging was solid and it got to me super quick. Only 5 days from Germany to Cyprus, and then just 3 more to my place. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest checking out this site for their awesome deals and fast shipping.
Motorcycle gear purchase
I've shopped on this online store a lot, and I gotta say, it's super reliable and trustworthy. I've placed about seven orders and every time I've been happy with what I got. Why spend so much on a Belstaff when you can snag an equally great jacket for way less? The Dainese Atlas Leather Jacket is not only cheap but also made of super durable leather that can handle any kind of weather. FC-Moto really won me over with their awesome selection and top-notch products.
Motorcycle gear
I've been shopping at FC-Moto for a while now, so I was kind of bummed when I saw that UPS was the only delivery choice for my latest order of motorcycle gear. From what I've seen, DHL has always been the better option when it comes to service and reliability, especially for shipments to India. I think FC-Moto should really think about adding DHL as a delivery choice for customers in India. Having DHL as an option would make the whole shopping process way better and make sure orders get to customers on time and safely. Even with this issue, I've always been happy with the quality of the products and the customer service at FC-Moto.
Jacket and gloves purchase
I recently bought a jacket and gloves from FC-Moto. I wanted to make sure I got the right size, so I ordered both sizes and planned to return the one that didn't fit. But this time, things didn't go smoothly. When the package arrived, I saw that the box was damaged, and one pair of gloves was missing. FC-Moto didn't take responsibility for the mistake, so I had to deal with the delivery company they picked. I had some doubts about the reputation of this courier in the U.K., but I had no other option. The courier said they had no record of my delivery, and no one had told me it was on the way. Now, I'm stuck without a pair of gloves and had to pay for them, making the jacket I kept much more expensive than I planned. This whole thing has left me feeling let down and frustrated, and I've decided not to shop at FC-Moto again.

Oh my gosh, I got my stuff really quickly and they fit like a glove! The sizing guide was right on point and the customer service was so friendly! I'm loving my new gear, thank you FC-Moto!
New helmet for bike
I recently bought a new helmet for my bike and was really pumped to get it. But bummed out because it didn't show up after waiting for 5 days. Turns out, the moto season starting caused some delays in deliveries. They even contacted me to see if we could figure out another way to solve the problem.
Shark motorcycle helmet
Returning my Shark Motorcycle Helmet to FC-moto was a nightmare from start to finish. Despite following all the return procedures, I've yet to receive my refund. The customer service representatives gave me the runaround, promising a resolution that never materialized. It's disheartening to be kept in limbo, wondering if I'll ever see my money again. FC-moto's lack of urgency and professionalism when it comes to refunds is unacceptable.
HJC RPHA 11 Sonic Sega Helmet
I recently purchased the HJC RPHA 11 Sonic Sega Helmet from FC Moto, and I must say that my experience has been far from satisfactory. While they may entice customers with tempting discounts, the reality is that FC Moto's customer service is extremely disappointing. Moreover, their delivery times are excessively long, ranging from 1 to 2 months, leading to frustration and inconvenience. To make matters worse, customers are blindsided by an additional 50% customs tax on top of the price displayed on the website. This unexpected cost significantly erodes any perceived savings. In conclusion, FC Moto's poor customer service, prolonged delivery times, and hidden costs make them an unreliable and unappealing option for online shopping. Caution is strongly advised when considering purchasing from FC Moto.
Dainese Jacket
Confusing Sizing and Lack of Guidance
Living in India, I decided to upgrade my riding gear and purchased the "Dainese Jacket" from FC-moto. Unfortunately, their sizing chart was incredibly misleading, and the jacket I received was way too small. I contacted FC-moto's customer service, expecting them to guide me through the return process, but their responses were vague and unhelpful. Dealing with ill-fitting gear and uncooperative customer service was a complete letdownShark S-Drak helmet
Bought Shark S-Drak helmet. It came with broken jaw brackets. I sent it back with Return Form to Retouren Department. They emailed me that it was repaired and sent it back to me - nothing was fixed at all. Ok, second try plus I contacted Customer Support - the parcel wasn't even picked up by them so it came back and I had to pay the return fee one more time. That's how they work - instead of repair/exchange the send it back to you till you give up on it.

The products offered by FC-Moto have been categorized into; Motorcycle, Snow Mobile, Bicycle, Casual, and E-Scooter. These products include; Helmets & accessories, motocross, Boots, Protectors, Spare parts, Bags/backpacks, Navigation/communication gadgets, Jackets, suits, pants, Gloves, Airbags, Vests, Rainwear, Functional underwear, jerseys, goggles, sunglasses, wallets, belts, Key chains, Towels amongst others. The company accepts Credit Cards ( Visa, JCB, MasterCard), PayPal, Prepayment (EU only), Amazon Pay, Sofort online bank transfer service (available only for Austria, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Czech Republic, Italy, Hungary, France, Slovakia, and the UK) and Cash on delivery (Only for Germany and within the EU). Cash on delivery (COD) can only be done up to a max order value of €950 for Italy and €700 in France. FC-Moto provides shipping to different parts of the world using DHL and UPS. Once you have placed your order, DHL will hand over the parcel to the national mail service of your specific country, who will then handle the final delivery. UPS on the other hand will deliver to the front door in the destination country. Cash on delivery orders is surcharged at €7.90. DHL on the other hand will not charge the additional standard delivery fee of €2.00. They currently do not provide express deliveries. Once your order starts to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The email will contain a tracking code with which you can keep track of your order in transit. The company offers a statutory warranty of 2 years on their products. However, some manufacturers offer an extended guarantee period on top of this statutory guarantee.
