    I wouldn't recommend this shop — in short, they told me my gloves were delivered when they weren't. I ordered motorcycle gloves on Nov 5 and paid extra for DHL shipping from Germany to the Netherlands because I actually need decent gloves for my daily commute (and my hands complain if I don't). Next day DHL sent a "delivered" notice; problem is I have cameras and there was no delivery. DHL pointed back to Motoin, Motoin insists delivery happened, and after nearly two weeks it's the same story. The website was easy and the price looked good, but the follow-up and delivery handling were a mess. Feels like being ghosted by a parcel. Not a clean experience.

    Black Friday glove mess

    I wouldn’t rely on motion.de for a time-sensitive deal. I tried to grab a pair of Alpinestars SP X Air Carbon v2 gloves during their Black Friday sale and after paying with PayPal I was dumped back to a blank page. The chat bot said a confirmation email would arrive in minutes — that never happened — and my PayPal showed the charge. I emailed them with all the details and waited; 48 hours passed with no reply. I went back to the bot, gave my email again, and it promised someone would contact me shortly. A week later PayPal refunded me, but motion.de never reached out. Meanwhile the gloves went from AUD 158 to about AUD 194, so I missed the deal entirely. Kinda frustrating since the payment flow seemed to work but their customer contact didn’t. My take: check other shoppers’ experiences first and don’t assume refunds mean resolution. I’m mildly hopeful they’ve improved since, but for now I wouldn’t risk a big sale with them.

    the gloves were AUD 158 when I tried to buy, and now they’re AUD 36 more. First impression was that the checkout failed and customer service simply didn’t exist. Dry, factual takeaway: the site and bot are unreliable, refund via PayPal saved it a bit, but I won’t trust ordering again.
