    Overall I'm glad it worked out — I got refunded and I still get to keep the gloves. It took a little over two weeks to get a reply, which was annoying, but the store sorted it without fuss. I wear these for my daily bike commute and quick errands, so that mattered. Really appreciate the person who handled it really well.

    I'm done gambling on their promos. I ordered a jacket with a 15% Christmas discount and a week later they refunded it out of the blue. Customer rep said there was nothing to do until they got the return. I reordered and the discount had vanished — "limited time offer," they told me. Seen better sense at small shops. Kinda annoying, honestly.

    Lesson learned, heads-up

    learned my lesson — this place isn’t dependable. I saw everything listed as in stock on their website, paid for premium delivery and it never showed up, which messed up a trip. I messaged them repeatedly with no reply until days later when they admitted items weren’t available. I told a friend about it so they wouldn’t make the same mistake. Kinda annoyed but glad I caught it before a bigger disaster.

    Doorstep fee headache

    I was half unstrapping it on my porch when the UPS driver casually said there was an extra shipping charge — $83 — and wouldn't hand it over unless I paid. I paid and opened it — wrong helmet. I reached out; they said I could return it but I'd face a restocking fee, pay return shipping to Germany myself, and they'd keep the $83. I'd lose more than I paid. I use helmets daily for commutes, so it was a hassle. Weirdly, the wrong one fits great, which made me laugh.

    Packing panic

    I was elbow-deep in saddle bags two weeks before the first trail when I noticed the tracking hadn't budged. I dropped $400 because my dodgy lower back needs decent boots and I wanted them for riding season. For six weeks it was radio silence — phone like a ghost town and canned emails blaming COVID. I was ready to write them off, but when the boots finally arrived (very late) they were actually comfy and solid. Still annoyed by the service, but the boots did their job.

    One good boot, one mystery

    Woke up to a box that looked like it had been through a bar fight. Inside there was one decent SIDI Mag-1 boot that felt great — stiff where it needed to be, cushioned at the ankle, and comfortable for my scooter commutes — and the other boot was missing, plus the packaging was trashed. I tried the one I got, walked the block, loved the fit, but customer service gave me a vague, slow response. Great boot when you have both.

Products and Services

The products offered by FC-Moto have been categorized into; Motorcycle, Snow Mobile, Bicycle, Casual, and E-Scooter. These products include; Helmets & accessories, motocross, Boots, Protectors, Spare parts, Bags/backpacks, Navigation/communication gadgets, Jackets, suits, pants, Gloves, Airbags, Vests, Rainwear, Functional underwear, jerseys, goggles, sunglasses, wallets, belts, Key chains, Towels amongst others. The company accepts Credit Cards ( Visa, JCB, MasterCard), PayPal, Prepayment (EU only), Amazon Pay, Sofort online bank transfer service (available only for Austria, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Czech Republic, Italy, Hungary, France, Slovakia, and the UK) and Cash on delivery (Only for Germany and within the EU). Cash on delivery (COD) can only be done up to a max order value of €950 for Italy and €700 in France. FC-Moto provides shipping to different parts of the world using DHL and UPS. Once you have placed your order, DHL will hand over the parcel to the national mail service of your specific country, who will then handle the final delivery. UPS on the other hand will deliver to the front door in the destination country. Cash on delivery orders is surcharged at €7.90. DHL on the other hand will not charge the additional standard delivery fee of €2.00. They currently do not provide express deliveries. Once your order starts to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The email will contain a tracking code with which you can keep track of your order in transit. The company offers a statutory warranty of 2 years on their products. However, some manufacturers offer an extended guarantee period on top of this statutory guarantee.
