Fire pit purchase
I ordered a fire pit a while back but still haven't gotten any updates on my purchase. The email I got said I'd get an update when it shipped, but all I've been getting are requests to review the product even though I don't have it yet. It's really frustrating to keep getting these review requests when I have nothing to review. I recently found out there was a long wait time for this item, which I didn't know when I bought it. When the fire pit finally came, I was surprised by how small and flimsy it was. It looks like it could get blown away by the wind, and I don't think it can even hold a log. Overall, I'm very disappointed in the quality and customer service of this company.
Quick purchase
Ordering was super easy, I found what I was looking for and placed my order with no problems at all. But I'm a bit disappointed with the lack of updates on my order status. I got a text message saying I would get updates, but it's been a whole week and I haven't heard a peep. I'm not sure if my order has been sent out, if it's still waiting to be shipped, or if there's some issue with the item I ordered. Most companies send out notifications right away to keep customers in the loop, but it seems like FredCo is falling short in that department. I'll give it a bit more time before I contact customer service to see what's going on with my order.
Defective dining furniture purchase
I bought some dining furniture from this store a while ago, and I got two pieces that were broken when they arrived after making me wait for two whole months. They said it was because of an address mistake, but I think they just don't check the quality well. When I tried to reach out to them to fix the problem, they just ignored me and didn't respond. It's been six months since I got the delivery, and those broken pieces are still in my dining room. Their lack of care and awful customer service is really frustrating and it's really disappointed me.
Order a month ago
I ordered something what feels like forever ago, and I still haven't even gotten a tracking number. I can't even contact them because their chat is always off. It's a total scam! I'm definitely gonna report them. And even when they do give me a tracking number, it's just a label for days!

I ordered from you and was hoping for a smooth delivery. But I'm kind of upset about not getting any updates on my order. I tried contacting customer service to ask about when it would be delivered, but got no answer. It's frustrating and doesn't seem very professional. As a customer, I expect to be kept in the loop with updates throughout the whole ordering and delivery process. I hope you can fix this so the customer experience is better.
Table
As a new customer, I thought I'd check out FredCo after stumbling upon their website on Google. At first, I was a little unsure because they're a smaller company, but the price for the table was right up my alley. Even though it took a bit longer than I thought - a 15-day wait for delivery - when the table showed up, I was super happy. It was even better quality than I expected, and I was totally happy with what I got. Setting it up was easy peasy, and now the table looks fantastic in my house.
Couch purchase delayed
I bought a couch and they said it would be delivered fast, but it's been more than a month and still no couch. It's really frustrating to see all my other new furniture show up before the one thing I was most looking forward to. Just be honest about how long it will take to deliver, don't make promises you can't follow through on.
Return shipping label
I had a pretty disappointing experience with this company recently. I needed to get a return shipping label, and the customer service just wasn't up to par. I was kind of shocked by their return policy. They made me pay for the shipping label, but it didn't even cover the cost for UPS to pick it up. So I ended up with a surprise charge of $21.85 that I wasn't ready for. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were pretty indifferent and basically said they don't profit from that extra charge. It was obvious that they cared more about making money than giving a good customer experience. That whole situation left me frustrated and not very likely to buy from them again.
Couch purchase delay
I ordered a couch from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I waited a whole week without getting any confirmation of my order, so I sent them an email. To my surprise, they asked me to verify my identity by sending a photo of my ID and a bill with my delivery address. They said it was for security reasons, but after I did that, they stopped responding and then flat-out canceled my order. This shady business makes me think it's a scam, and now I'm worried my identity might be in danger.
Shoe storage boxes
I bought some shoe storage boxes from this store and they were just what I needed. They came pretty quickly and were a breeze to put together. These boxes are strong and you can stack them without them wobbling around. I really like being able to see which shoes are in each box and how easy it is to open the front door to grab the pair I want. I definitely suggest getting these shoe storage boxes!
Mirrored wall mounted jewelry box
I just got this awesome mirrored jewelry box that I hung on my wall, and let me tell you, I'm so happy with it! The industrial style is just what I wanted, and it goes perfectly with the rest of my room. It even came with everything I needed to hang it up, which was a nice surprise. I'm really happy I bought it. Dealing with the owner was easy and professional too.
Perfect customer service
Shopping was so easy! The owner was super quick to respond to all my questions and even gave me some personalized recommendations. I'm so excited to be getting exactly what I wanted. The customer service is seriously amazing, so I'll definitely be back for more shopping in the future.
Headboard purchase
I needed a headboard and found the perfect one, but it was sold out everywhere. Luckily, FredCo had it available for pre-order with a specific restock date, so I decided to take a chance and place my order. The delivery got delayed by a week, but I understood since the product was out of stock. However, the instructions that came with the headboard were not great. They assumed I had also bought the matching bed frame, which I hadn't, so I had to figure out the installation on my own. Despite the frustrating instructions, the headboard is really good quality and looks amazing in my bedroom. Overall, it was a good purchase, but FredCo could definitely improve on their instructions.
Wrong item received
The company messed up my order and hasn't been helpful at all in fixing it. I've been trying to get it sorted by returning, exchanging, or getting new chairs, but they haven't kept their word on anything. They said I could swap the chairs for different ones on their site, but it turns out those chairs aren't even available. Their customer service is terrible and I've been stuck dealing with this problem for months with no end in sight. It's obvious they don't give a about their customers and just want to rip people off.
Bed purchase
I got this really amazing bed from this online store and it was seriously awesome. They had a real person you could actually talk to on the phone who knew everything about all the stuff they sell. And they were totally honest, not like those fake bots you usually have to deal with. My bed order was kinda complicated but they handled it like pros and my bed arrived TWO WHOLE WEEKS early! I can't even believe it! The service was top-notch and I'm definitely going to order from there again.
Dining chairs purchase
I just got some dining chairs from this company and it was a pretty good experience. Fred, the guy who helped me out, was super nice and helped me pick out the perfect chairs for my dining room. The prices were fair and I feel like I got a good deal.
Sectional Sofa Purchase
I just bought a sectional from this store and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. The sofa was even better than I expected and matched the description perfectly. The quality, price, and delivery were all really good. I would definitely think about shopping here again and would definitely recommend it to others.
First-time purchase
I ordered something from this company for the first time and turns out it was out of stock. It was kinda frustrating because the website didn't say it was out of stock when I bought it, but hey, things happen. They were cool about it though and they kept me posted on what was up with my order. They gave me the option to wait or pick something similar that was in stock. I decided to wait it out, and even though it took longer than I thought, I got my item before the date they said it would come. I'm really happy with what I got. All in all, it was a pretty good experience and I would totally shop with them again and tell my friends about them.
Marble dining room table and 6 chairs
When I ordered a fancy piece of furniture from FredCo online, I was a little nervous at first. But man, let me tell you, they totally blew me away! The sales team was super helpful and calming, making the whole process easy-peasy. I ended up getting this gorgeous marble dining table and chairs, and they are top-notch quality. And don't even get me started on the delivery team - they treated my new furniture like gold, setting it up perfectly in my home. I'm seriously so happy with my experience at FredCo, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for some high-quality furniture.
Confusing instructions, slow shipping
The directions on the labels for the item were kinda confusing, so I ended up drilling too far into the handle when putting it together. On top of that, the shipping ended up taking a whole month longer than I was anticipating. Even though the product looks awesome and was simple to assemble, the unclear instructions and delayed shipping got me feeling pretty frustrated.
