    I bought something online, but then they asked for my bank details which seemed really sketchy. I obviously said no and now I'm just waiting to see if I get a refund. Seriously, I wouldn't trust them at all. They even offered me a discount in exchange for taking down my negative review, but I'm not falling for that. This company is truly awful.

    Wireless noise-canceling headphones

    I recently bought some wireless noise-canceling headphones from KeepHiFi and I have to say, they really blew me away! The sound quality is top-notch and they're super comfortable to wear. Plus, they look really sleek and stylish. The noise-canceling feature is seriously impressive, especially in noisy places.     Camera strap and backpack

    I just bought a camera strap and backpack from this company, and let me tell you, I'm super impressed with how well-made their stuff is. The camera strap is comfy for those long photography sessions and really holds up my heavy camera nicely. The backpack is roomy, has good padding, and tons of compartments to keep all my gear in order. It's clear that they put a lot of effort into making these products top-notch.

    I just wanna say, the process of ordering was super easy and flawless. No issues at all. But the service, on the other hand, was not that great. It felt like they were reluctantly taking my money and didn't really care about what I needed. And when it comes to the prices, you can definitely find better deals elsewhere. And let's not even talk about the delivery. Supposed to be 2-8 days, but it felt like forever. Overall, not impressed with the whole experience.

    Gold chain purchase in wrong size

    I'm so sorry to hear about your recent bad experience with that purchase. It's really frustrating to get something in the wrong size, especially when it's something valuable like a gold chain. And the fact that they wouldn't give you a refund, only store credit, is just not right. It's even worse that you sent back the wrong item right away after your holiday, but still got a hard time from their customer service team. It's concerning that they didn't seem to understand or care about your situation. Businesses really should honor return requests quickly, especially when there's a good reason for the delay. It's really sad that you not only lost €200, but also didn't get the store credit you were promised after trying multiple times to sort things out with their support team.

    Suits for new job

    I recently went to buy a suit for my new job and had an awesome experience. The staff was really helpful and walked me through the whole process of finding a suit that fits just right. Tovi Torio was fantastic during the fitting and helped me pick out the perfect suit. I even decided to get two suits with custom linings, which was a nice surprise. Enid did an amazing job with the alterations, making sure the suits fit me like a glove. Overall, my experience at this store was top-notch.

    Lost order, refund issue

    This was actually my second time ordering from this company, and I'm kind of bummed because once again, my order got lost during shipping. I placed the order on February 2nd, and up to now, the tracking info only said it made it past customs. When I talked to customer service about it, they told me that my order was lost in transit and that they'll give me a refund. But after reading some reviews, I'm starting to get nervous that I won't ever see that money again. All in all, it's been a letdown and I definitely won't be ordering from them in the future.

    The trainer I was connected with on the platform was awesome. She really pushed me and I've made some great progress on my fitness journey. I'm super happy with how things are going. However, I did have some problems with the app itself. I like the idea of being able to track my progress and stay in touch with my trainer digitally, but the app didn't work as well as I hoped. It took forever to upload my training schedule, and I had a hard time figuring out how to upload my stats and progress pics. Dealing with these technical issues was really frustrating and kind of put a damper on things. I think once they fix these problems, the platform could be a really great tool for both trainers and clients to stay connected and track progress more effectively.

    Defective Dot

    I got a Dot in February 2024, and it turned out to be a dud. The battery wouldn't hold a charge no matter what I tried. I called customer service right away, and they told me to follow the warranty process for a replacement, but I didn't want to chance getting another lemon. I asked for a refund, but they shut me down every time. The quality of the product was really lacking, especially considering the cost. I ended up filing a complaint and disputing the charge on my credit card. Dealing with customer service left a lot to be desired, and I'm pretty bummed about how everything was handled.

    Designer item purchase for birthday

    I just bought this really cute designer outfit for my birthday, was super pumped to get it! Paid extra for fast shipping and everything. But it's been way over a week now and still no sign of my package. I've tried getting in touch with customer service but no luck, no response at all. Really bummed out and annoyed about this whole situation.

    First-time purchase

    I ordered something from this company for the first time and turns out it was out of stock. It was kinda frustrating because the website didn't say it was out of stock when I bought it, but hey, things happen. They were cool about it though and they kept me posted on what was up with my order. They gave me the option to wait or pick something similar that was in stock. I decided to wait it out, and even though it took longer than I thought, I got my item before the date they said it would come. I'm really happy with what I got. All in all, it was a pretty good experience and I would totally shop with them again and tell my friends about them.
