Yoga mat purchase
I gotta say, the yoga mat I got from this online shop was a huge letdown. The material was not up to par at all. When I contacted customer service about it, they basically told me it was my fault for it wearing out. I was really bummed out by the lack of responsibility they took for their product’s lousy quality. Dealing with the return was a nightmare too, they tried to blame me and made me pay for shipping it back. The whole thing was frustrating and made me feel unappreciated. The customer service team was not helpful at all. This was honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this shop again.

Just when it seemed like there was no way out, they came through with a solution that not only got my credit card debt under control but also boosted my credit score big time. Bedding Set
I am so disappointed with how things went down with this company. I placed an order for a bedding set on June 10th and got an email the next day saying there would be a delay. They took my money right away, but here we are on June 29th and still no sign of my order. To top it off, I keep getting bombarded with ads to buy more stuff when they can't even get me what I already paid for. I had enough and decided to cancel my order, but the customer service was so unhelpful and uncaring. I seriously doubt if I'll ever see my money back. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company - feels like a total scam.

I bought a sweatshirt from this company, but it was the wrong size. I returned it the next day for a refund to my original payment method, but instead of getting my money back, I got an e-gift card. Dealing with this has been frustrating because I had to call multiple times to fix it. The customer service reps I talked to weren't helpful and sometimes rude. It was hard to understand them because of a language barrier, and they wouldn't give me any other numbers to call for help. I'm still waiting for my refund and won't be using this site again.

Lunch bag and duffel bag purchase
I got a lunch bag and duffel bag from this company, but I never got my package. FedEx says they dropped it off, but I can't find it anywhere. I called customer service for help, and the person was nice, but didn't really give me any useful info. They said they couldn't do anything about FedEx and just told me to call the cops, even though I knew that wouldn't help. It felt like they were just washing their hands of the whole thing and leaving me to figure it out on my own. Basically, I got screwed out of my money with no help from the company, which is super disappointing and frustrating. I was so excited to use my new stuff, but now I got nothing and I'm pretty ticked off at how they handled it.
