Overpriced disappointment
I was so pumped to treat myself to a fancy designer handbag, but boy was I bummed out. The cost was through the roof and after I placed my order, I was on pins and needles waiting for it to show up. But no shipping confirmation or tracking number ever came through. When I finally contacted customer service, they were no help at all, just telling me my order was still in process. I felt totally taken advantage of and like I threw away my money on a total scam.
Delayed shipment
I'm really disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered 3 bags over a month ago and I still haven't heard anything about whether they've even been shipped. The website said it should only take 6-7 days for the shipment to be complete. This delay is just not cool. I don't mind waiting for my stuff as long as I know it's coming, but the fact that this company isn't keeping me in the loop is really getting on my nerves.
Cute black purse
I recently bought a cute black purse from this place, and it's really adorable! However, I later discovered that all these bag companies are actually run by the same group of scammers! They don't provide any contact information and seem pretty shady. Just a heads up if you're thinking about buying from them!
My bag was a rip-off!
Ugh, I got this bag that looked really nice, but the handles started tearing after only a month. I didn't even put much in it, just used it for work. I reached out to customer service, but all they did was keep saying they'd help without actually doing anything, even though they promise a money-back guarantee. I'm so frustrated!

'Designer replica' handbag purchase
Even though I had heard some bad stuff about it, I decided to go for it and ordered a 'designer replica' handbag. I was a little nervous because of the website's not-so-great reputation, but the bag was so pretty that I thought, why not give it a shot? I bought a bag from this company not too long ago and man, I gotta say, I've been really let down. I heard a lot of good things about their stuff so I went ahead and ordered it from their website. But guess what? It's been over a year since I made my order on March 15, 2017 and I still haven't gotten my hands on that bag! I've been emailing back and forth with their customer service rep, 'Marvie', but she hasn't given me a tracking number or any real info on where my order is at. This lack of communication and transparency is frustrating the heck out of me as a customer, you know?

I took a risk and ordered the Chloe box bag dupe from this site after seeing some mixed reviews. Ordering was easy and I got my bag pretty quickly. Even though I've heard some complaints about their customer service and slow shipping, I didn't run into any issues. The bag is really well-made and matches the picture on the website perfectly. I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely shop here again.
Eliana bag in black
The black Eliana bag I got for $99 was really worth it. It took about two weeks to get here in Perth, Australia. The bag is really well-made and looks just like the Chloe Nile. The gold hardware is a little more yellow than I thought it would be, but it doesn't really bug me. I had to shoot Marvin a few emails to double-check my order had been sent out, but looking back, I think the processing time might have included the time it took to ship the bag because as soon as I got it, my order status changed to complete. Overall, I was a bit doubtful at first, but I'm so glad I made this purchase and would definitely shop from them again!
Two leather bags
I bought two leather bags from this website thinking I'd get them pretty soon like they promised. But it's been almost two months and I only got one bag, and guess what? It's not even real leather like they said. I've been talking to customer service through emails, but all I hear are lame excuses about sending the bag back. This whole thing has been a total nightmare.

The whole buying experience was so easy! It was really smooth and I got quick responses from the seller. But my bag took a little longer to get to me than I thought, arriving three days later than I anticipated. Even with that, the bag was gorgeous and looked exactly like it did on the website. I gotta say, I recently bought a bag from this website and it really impressed me. The quality is top-notch and the price was unbeatable. I actually bought a similar bag for my wife from them back in 2019 and it's still in perfect shape. Deciding to get another one years later really says a lot about how well their stuff holds up. The customer service wasn't amazing, but they did eventually answer my questions, even if it took a little longer than I would have liked. But hey, the great quality and pricing totally make up for any service issues. I'll definitely be coming back for more purchases in the future.
Wallet purchase
Oh my goodness, this company is absolutely terrible! I ordered a bunch of stuff, but only one thing arrived, and it was damaged! Can you believe it? Like, could anything else go wrong?? And don't even get me started on their customer service - it was awful. They totally ignored me when I tried to reach out. Thank goodness for PayPal stepping in and helping me get my money back. I am definitely never shopping here again, that's for sure!
Leggings
I got these leggings because I saw them online and thought they were awesome. But when I finally got them, they were nothing like the pictures! They were way too thin and felt so cheap. And when I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all. And let me tell you about the shipping - it took forever for them to get here. I seriously thought they were never going to arrive!
Pleasantly surprised, great quality bag
I just bought something from this website, and at first I was worried because of some bad reviews I saw. But when I got the bag, I was actually really happy with it. It was nicely made and definitely worth the money. The only bummer was that it took about a month to get here, and the customer service through email wasn't the best.
Two bags
I ordered two bags from this company, and unfortunately, both of them arrived defective. One had a broken handle, and the other had a crushed handle. I was really looking forward to using them, so I was disappointed. I tried reaching out to the company through email several times, but I never got a refund, replacement, or any kind of credit. It seems like they only sell damaged goods. This issue has been going on since June 2022, and it's becoming really frustrating. Every time I email them, they just say they're escalating the matter, but nothing ever gets resolved. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company. You might as well throw your money in the garbage than waste it on their products.

I just got a replica handbag from this company and it was a really good experience. Even though I saw some bad reviews, my interactions with the company were great and the bag arrived quickly. The quality of the replica bag was amazing, it looked just like my real designer bag. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely think about buying from this company again.
Purse wallet and belt
Although the quality for the wallet and belt is great and the products arrived without any damage, I can't say the same for the purse. The zipper is damaged beyond repair and it came this way. I have attempted a number of times to resolve this with the company and all they are willing to do is have me take time out of my day for $15 USD to take the bag into a repair place. Clearly they don't stand by their guarantee.
