Sateen sheets purchase
I came across this company on Apartment Therapy and thought I'd give their sateen sheets a try. And let me tell you, they are absolutely gorgeous! The color is just lovely and they feel so soft and luxurious. Definitely worth it for organic cotton sheets.
Bedding Set
I am so disappointed with how things went down with this company. I placed an order for a bedding set on June 10th and got an email the next day saying there would be a delay. They took my money right away, but here we are on June 29th and still no sign of my order. To top it off, I keep getting bombarded with ads to buy more stuff when they can't even get me what I already paid for. I had enough and decided to cancel my order, but the customer service was so unhelpful and uncaring. I seriously doubt if I'll ever see my money back. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company - feels like a total scam.
Towel order
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered some towels and they took over 2 weeks to arrive. When they finally did, 3 of the towels had black dirt on them. The package was packed poorly and looked like it was rushed. And to top it off, only half of my order was there, and the shipping slip inside was for a different order. I reached out to customer service right away, but it took 3 days for them to respond, and I'm still waiting for a solution. Dealing with all this has been super frustrating and stressful, especially since I'm pregnant and just moved. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.
