Revolution Plus for Cats
I am astounded at all the negative reviews, and given some of the identical headings, I wonder at the authenticity of some of them.My experience was fantastic. I ordered a years supply for two cats in June. The product was IDENTICAL to that which I had purchased at from my vet ( and waaaay cheaper). Product package was authentic. Product was identified as made in USA and listed Zoetis Australia Pty Ltd with corporate offices in New SouthWales, Australia. There is a Zoetus USA website for veterinarians only. The company is legit. The product arrived in less than two weeks, which was much faster than I expected given the COVID-19 chaos. It shipped from Canada as noted on the export labeling. In the past (NOT from Canada Pet Care) I have ordered Revolution and received a product made by Pfizer in Germany and shipped from the UK. I have no problems with meds from a major German drug company made for the UK and European market.
Bravecto for Cats and Bravecto for Dogs
I order Bravecto for both my dog and cat and both come in the same kind of packaging (although with metric measurements). As long as you're not in a hurry and have planned in advance for your prescription needs, I recommend CanadaPetCare.com. I ordered on 6/18/2020 and received my order on 7/24/2020. CanadaPetCare.com provided a tracking number associated with my order so I was able to see that it was stuck in customs, which didn't surprise me too much given the crazy time we're in. I have used this company before and previous orders arrived within 2 weeks, so a month was unusual. The packaging was smashed, but that doesn't matter to me because the product was just fine and wasn't damaged within the packaging. I was surprised to see that the package was coming from England, I thought, given the name of the company and logo that it's a Canada based company. But doesn't really matter, does it?
Nexguard Flea and Heartguard
Second time ordering..... its going to take a while to receive, but if your not in a hurry the product is authentic in original packaging.... the pricing cant be beat, however when I just think of what we are being charged by BIG PHARMA.... for animal medications..... even on a discounted website....its just outrageous. Also for all the all people complaining about the drugs coming from Germany, UK or where ever.... so what? Where do you think 90% of the drugs WE as humans take come from..... India, China, UK, Germany.... VERY LITTLE of our drugs are actually
manufactured and packaged in the US... I would recommend the site.... The delivery star rating of 3 is only because it does take a while to get...... but like I said if you don't need it the next day and you plan properly you can really save a lot of money.....Does this come in the orginal packaging.
I called about an order
I called today and spoke to Nick. I had a problem with my autoship order. I only received part of my order. Nick informed me of the reason and told me there was a generic product that would be comparable. I was delighted! I asked if there was the same option for the dog Revolution and he informed me that there was. He changed my autoship order. He was so friendly and well informed. Nick was great to work with. He made my day
Revolution for my dog
I recently bought Revolution for my pup and man, did I have a rough time with their customer service. I paid for a whole year's worth but only got 6 months' supply in the mail. I reached out to them through email a bunch of times to fix it, but they ignored me for over a month. I had to go to my bank and file a dispute just to hopefully get my money back. It's annoying to pay for a year and only get half, basically doubling the cost. I would've been cool if they just owned up to their mistake and sent the rest, but the lack of communication was a major letdown. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
Seresto Flea Collars for small dogs
I bought three Seresto Flea Collars for small dogs from this company and was let down to discover that they're not real. I reached out to the manufacturer and found out that this company isn't approved to sell Seresto products. I'm really bummed out about it and plan to take it up with my credit card company.
Generic Revolution for dogs
I've been a fan of this company for years now and have always had good experiences with their products. Even though some people have complained, I've always found their stuff to be top-notch. My go-to is the Selehold, it's like a cheaper version of Revolution for dogs that I can snag for a great price. I've never had any problems with it and keep being amazed by the deals I get from Canada Pet Care.
Cat supplies arrived timely
I was so happy with how fast my cat stuff came after I ordered from this site. The things were just what I was looking for and were really good quality. I got a bunch of stuff for my own pets and also helped out the feral cat community I look after. The prices were super reasonable, so I saved a ton of money compared to other pet stores. Overall, I'm really happy with my shopping experience here.

I've been buying stuff for my pet from this website for about a year now. Whenever I call, they're always super friendly and helpful. They double-check my order and answer any questions I have. Plus, the prices are really good, they carry all the top brands, and the shipping is lightning fast. They always keep me in the loop on when my stuff will get to me!

Revolution for Puppies and Kittens
I recently bought Revolution for Puppies and Kittens from this seller and it turned out to be a fake product. When I got it, I noticed some things that seemed off so I looked into it online. Turns out, this seller isn't actually allowed to sell this medicine. I'm really glad I didn't give this stuff to my pets because who knows what kind of bad stuff could've been in it. It's always smart to make sure your pet's meds are legit to keep them safe and healthy.
Flea tick meds for my pet
I ordered some flea tick meds for my pet and paid extra for tracking the shipment. But you know what? The order seems to have disappeared and I still haven't received my pet's meds! It's really frustrating and now I have to contact my bank to try and fix this whole situation. It's not cool at all that this company isn't being transparent with their business. Such a bummer.
Flea/tick treatment for multiple cats
I had a really frustrating time with my order from this website. I was trying to get flea and tick treatment for my five cats, which meant I needed 24 doses for a monthly treatment. But the company started questioning why I needed so many doses and wouldn't send my order until I explained. It was annoying to have to justify a regular purchase. And to make matters worse, the shipping took forever and when my order finally came, it was missing half of the doses. Dealing with this whole thing was a pain and left me feeling let down and inconvenienced. In the end, I had to go to a company in Australia for my pet stuff and had zero problems there.
Nexgard purchase, questionable authenticity
I just bought Nexgard for my big dogs from this company, hoping to get the real deal, unopened and all. But when the package arrived, the boxes had been opened and there were fewer doses than they said there would be. That makes me think someone might have messed with the meds. On top of that, the packages came from a different country than what was said, which makes me even more unsure about the quality. I really care about my pets' safety and I'm not confident these meds are the real deal. This whole thing has me feeling let down and wary, so I won't be shopping with this company again.
Bravecto purchase
I bought some bravecto from an online pet care store not too long ago. Unfortunately, I've been dealing with a bunch of issues with my order. I placed the order back on December 2nd, and when I tried to track it using the number they gave me, it didn't work. So, I reached out to customer service and they gave me a new tracking number. Turns out, my package has been stuck at the same place since December 19th. It's now January 18th and there's been no movement. I had to end up disputing the charge with my credit card company to get a refund because the company said they delivered it, even though they clearly didn't.
Revolution Plus purchase
My experience with Revolution Plus products from Canada Pet Care was a total nightmare. My poor cats got super sick after using them, and to top it off, the products came all the way from Singapore. I can't help but think they might be fake or that my cats just had a bad reaction. Right now, I'm in touch with Zoeitis trying to figure this whole mess out.
False Advertising, No Shipping to Canada
I tried to order something from a company that said they had 'free shipping' to Canada, but turns out they weren't even a Canadian company and didn't ship to Canada. Their website was confusing and didn't clearly say where they were really located or how they handled shipping. Dealing with that mix-up was really annoying.
Pet supplies
I just bought some pet supplies online and was hoping for fast shipping like they said. But my order didn't even show up in my account for a few days, and when I called customer service, the person I talked to was really rude and didn't help at all. I was not happy with the service I got, to say the least.
Flea treatment
The flea treatment I bought from an online pet store was a letdown. It took forever, like three weeks, to get here, and on top of that, it didn't even work on my pet's flea problem. I was so unhappy with it that I decided to write a bad review on the website to warn others. But guess what? They never even published it! So I did some digging and realized that all the reviews on there were super positive. Seems like they might be filtering out the negative ones to keep making sales. That’s shady and now I don’t know if I can trust any of the reviews on that site.
