Gear order
I recently bought some gear online, hoping for good stuff to arrive quickly. Sadly, my time with the company hasn't been great. I ordered on September 13th, but was told right away that one item was out of stock. I was prepared for a delay, but the promised 5% refund didn't come through accurately. Even after trying a few times to fix it, I still only got 3%. And a whole month later, my order is still stuck in processing. The service and speed from this company have been really lacking. I hope others don't have to go through the same troubles I did.

I used to really like this brand, but lately, I've been disappointed. I've bought a lot of stuff from them in the past, but the things I've gotten recently haven't been up to par. I've spent a good amount of money on their products, but they just don't last. The zippers on my $120 shorts broke after just one year, and my polo shirts started getting holes after only a few washes. I expected better quality for the price I paid, and it's frustrating that the brand doesn't back up their products. It's sad to see such a drop in quality from a company I used to love. I won't be shopping there again.

Jeans too big
My jeans came in a nice package and got here fast, but man, when I put them on, they were huge! I'm talking like 8 sizes bigger than what I actually ordered. Now I gotta deal with the whole exchange process, which is a real bummer. It'd be great if their sizing was more on point so I wouldn't have to deal with this.

Affordable toddler shoes
I recently bought a pair of affordable toddler shoes from this store and I have mixed feelings about them. The price was good and they arrived quickly without any problems. However, I was disappointed in the quality of the shoes. After just two weeks of use, the material at the front of the shoes started rubbing off and the sole began to peel away. My toddler loved wearing the shoes because they looked nice, but they just didn't hold up well. I expected them to last longer, but I guess for the low price, I shouldn't be too surprised. I've had similar problems with more expensive shoes from other stores too.

I ordered some dietary supplements from this company and it was a total nightmare. I never got any shipping notification and when I tried to track my order, the system couldn't even find my order number. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but no one ever answered the phone or replied to my emails. I can't believe I got duped by this scam, it's really embarrassing. They don't even have a social media presence, which should have been a big warning sign for me. I spent so much money on products that I never got, and on top of that, they blocked me by email. It's crazy that there's no way to get a hold of them on the phone, and if you try to leave a message, they never bother calling back. Stay far away from this company, trust me.

80th Birthday Gift Bag with Chocolates
I just bought an 80th Birthday Gift Bag with Chocolates from this store, and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed about how it looked when I got it. The seal on the outside of the gift bag holding the gift card was all busted up, and the chocolates inside were all flipped over in the tissue paper. I was hoping for a nice surprise for a special person's big birthday, but the way it was packaged was just not up to par.

I bought some personalized Garden Angels from this company recently and I gotta say, I was really impressed by how well they were made. The folks I gave them to were thrilled, and that made me happy.
