I book from Cheapoair all the time
Well who doesn't love to save money.. I do.. and I am telling you this CheapOair gives me this ' i AM SMART' sattifaction because I save a lot from the website everytime I book. If you don't believe me just open one side this website and lot of others at another.. compare the prices...do clear the browser cookies.. there are always some signficant saving going on. Not just flights but the bus, train, hotels and cars.. payments are faster, safer.. also the experience of booking an hotel I did only once though but it was fine.. they do a lot actually I am expeirence lot different services from them..

In general, I was pretty happy with how the flight booking went. It was a breeze and I got my flight sorted out quickly. But there was one thing that kind of put a damper on things for me. Right after I confirmed my booking, I got a call from a rep, who I think was from India, and they were trying to sell me some extra travel insurance. I get that insurance is important, but I didn't like feeling pressured to buy more stuff. I ended up saying no because the savings didn't seem worth it for the hassle of the sales pitch.

I had to change my flight because my original itinerary got messed up. The airline's new schedule didn't work for me, so I was kinda stuck. I first tried booking my flight online, but it didn't work out. So, I ended up having to call customer service for help. Not only did the price go up, but I had to settle for a flight time further away from what I wanted. It was really frustrating, especially since I was already dealing with some health problems. However, I have to give credit to the guy I talked to on the phone - he was helpful and tried his best to help me out.

So, we shelled out for this flight assistance service, right? And when we arrived, the lady at check-in was seriously grumpy and not at all helpful. She was handling a bunch of folks who had missed their flights and she just seemed annoyed and overwhelmed. I mean, come on, we paid for assistance and we left without any information. That's not cool, man.

Slow website but nice people
I just called to book my trip and the two people I spoke with were really friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I got the best deal. However, the website was incredibly slow when it came to processing everything. It was such a pain that I ended up having to make two long phone calls just to book my trip. But hey, at least the people were awesome!
Expired Visa Conflict
A rep got in touch with me about my upcoming trip to Thailand and the issue of my expired visa overlapping with my return flight. They were nice and offered to find other return flight options, but they were too expensive and not within my budget.
Airline ticket
As a customer, I was really let down by the whole thing that went down with my recent purchase. I put in a discount code when I was checking out, thinking I'd get $10 off, but only $1 got taken off my bill. It was definitely frustrating and kinda confusing, 'cause I was counting on that discount. And then, things got even worse - right after I used the discount code, I got a message saying my fee went up by another $20 out of nowhere. That unexpected jump in price made me feel like I got played, and I was super unhappy with how everything went down.

Booking was so easy and fast, but I really wish there was a way for me to upgrade my seat. I'm just glad I was able to make a last-minute reservation.
