    refunds are not their thing. I booked a flight through them a few months ago and at first the site looked decent — fast and cheap, nothing special. When my plans changed and I asked for a partial refund they mostly ignored me or sent the same canned message saying they couldn't verify the reservation, without actually asking for my booking details. I even looked into small claims and talked to a lawyer since getting my money back turned into a hassle. Fine for booking, bad aftercare.
