So, we shelled out for this flight assistance service, right? And when we arrived, the lady at check-in was seriously grumpy and not at all helpful. She was handling a bunch of folks who had missed their flights and she just seemed annoyed and overwhelmed. I mean, come on, we paid for assistance and we left without any information. That's not cool, man.

Airline ticket
As a customer, I was really let down by the whole thing that went down with my recent purchase. I put in a discount code when I was checking out, thinking I'd get $10 off, but only $1 got taken off my bill. And then, things got even worse - right after I used the discount code, I got a message saying my fee went up by another $20 out of nowhere. Slow website but nice people
I just called to book my trip and the two people I spoke with were really friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I got the best deal.
