Flight booking with great service
I recently booked a flight with Crystal Travel and the service they provided was amazing. The travel agent I spoke to, Meison, really went above and beyond to help me find the best flight options for my upcoming trip to Zagreb this summer. He not only found accommodating flights but also got me the best price possible. The whole booking process was quick and efficient thanks to Meison's expertise and attention to detail. I'm now all set for my trip and I couldn't have done it without his help. Huge thanks to Meison and the team at Crystal Travel for making my travel plans so easy and stress-free.
Cancelled booking, Lower rate, Great customer support
My booking got cancelled out of nowhere, but then this guy Dylan Cooper from the website contacted me and sorted everything out! He was seriously a lifesaver, you know? And guess what, he even gave me a much better rate than what I saw on other sites. How awesome is that? I really appreciate all the help he provided, and I'm definitely going to be using this website all the time now. Plus, after booking, Dylan even followed up with me to ensure I'll receive assistance if anything changes with my travel plans. That never happens with other companies, I swear!
Rebooking assistance
I was so surprised by how great the service was after my first reservation got messed up. This lady, we'll just call her Deborah, took the time to get in touch with me directly to help me get everything sorted out for my trip. She was super helpful and even gave me her info in case I needed help again in the future. When I called back, she picked up right away and really went out of her way to make sure everything was easy for me when I rebooked. Disputed travel ticket purchase
I had a really bad experience with a travel agency recently. I had a dispute over a travel ticket purchase and it was a total mess from the start. I ended up having to get help from another place because it was just too much to deal with. Even though I changed to a different company, the original one still charged me and wouldn't give me a refund. It felt like they were just trying to take advantage of me and I was really upset about the whole thing. And then to make matters worse, a month later, I saw another charge on my statement. It just confirmed my suspicions that this company is up to no good. I want to warn anyone thinking about using them to be really careful and watch out for potential financial problems.
First solo international flight
