Cancelled booking, Lower rate, Great customer support
My booking got cancelled out of nowhere, but then this guy Dylan Cooper from the website contacted me and sorted everything out! He was seriously a lifesaver, you know? And guess what, he even gave me a much better rate than what I saw on other sites. How awesome is that? I really appreciate all the help he provided, and I'm definitely going to be using this website all the time now. Plus, after booking, Dylan even followed up with me to ensure I'll receive assistance if anything changes with my travel plans. That never happens with other companies, I swear!
Rebooking assistance
I was so surprised by how great the service was after my first reservation got messed up. This lady, we'll just call her Deborah, took the time to get in touch with me directly to help me get everything sorted out for my trip. She was super helpful and even gave me her info in case I needed help again in the future. When I called back, she picked up right away and really went out of her way to make sure everything was easy for me when I rebooked. Deborah wasn't just nice and understanding, she really made my whole experience with the company awesome.
Flight booking with experienced agents
I just booked a flight through this travel agency and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the service. The agents really knew their stuff and hooked me up with the perfect itinerary for my trip. I had such a great time booking my flight through this travel agency. Scionn really came through for me and my wife when we were trying to book an international flight.
