Vitamins
I was really looking forward to this website, but man, it turned out to be a total scam. They took my money and didn't even bother sending the vitamins I ordered. Not even an email confirmation. Super sketchy. Looks like I'll have to call my mom to help me dispute this with the bank. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of buying from them, folks!
Vitamins order with shipping charge
I recently bought four jars of vitamins from this company. But man, oh man, my order took way longer than I thought to get to me. Even though the company is in Cali and I'm in Texas, it still took a whole month. I emailed them a bunch of times and they kept saying my order was on its way, but it never showed up. Eventually, they refunded my money without saying anything else. My whole experience with them was super disappointing, and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother with this company. I ordered something more than a month ago and I still haven't gotten it. They're terrible at communicating and being transparent. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but no one ever answered the phone or replied to my emails. I can't believe I got duped by this scam, it's really embarrassing. They don't even have a social media presence, which should have been a big warning sign for me. I spent so much money on products that I never got, and on top of that, they blocked me by email. It's crazy that there's no way to get a hold of them on the phone, and if you try to leave a message, they never bother calling back. Stay far away from this company, trust me.

I recently bought some weight loss supplements from this company, and man, it was a total nightmare. Everything seemed fine at first when I got a confirmation email, but things quickly went south from there. The shipping confirmation didn't have a tracking number, and when I tried to reach out to customer service, all I got was a voicemail telling me they were swamped and to send an email instead. So, I shot them an email, only to get a reply saying they weren't even checking messages. It's obvious to me now that this company is a total scam. I'm gonna call up my credit card company tomorrow to put a stop to the payment and prevent any more issues with these shady folks.

I bought three bottles of fish oil back on August 27th, and it's been like two weeks and some change since then and still no sign of my order. I tried hitting them up through email a bunch of times but no one got back to me. Finally got ahold of a customer service rep, who had no clue where my stuff was at. Then they hit me with the news that the manufacturer sent the wrong stuff and asked if I wanted to just cancel. To top it off, the rep I talked to had a total crappy attitude, and now I'm waiting on the manager to hit me back. Can't believe this mess.

I had a really bad time with this website. The customer service was just terrible, and trying to check out was a nightmare because it was so old-fashioned and hard to use.
