    Shoe purchase, size issue

    I bought some shoes online not too long ago, but they didn't fit right when they arrived. So, I went ahead and started a return, making sure to pack them up just like they arrived. But when I got the shoes back, they said they couldn't take them back because there was a little bit of dust on the sole. Dealing with customer service was a total headache, and they wouldn't budge on their decision. Super frustrating experience all around.

    I recently tried out the health consultation service and I gotta say, it was really helpful for all kinds of medical questions I had. They offer free educational answers which I found super informative. But, I was kinda bummed out by what I thought was false advertising. I ended up getting a premium plan because they promised a free consultation with a specialist, but turns out it only covered basic primary care stuff. When I asked for a refund and showed proof of the misleading ads, they weren't willing to budge. Overall, I think the service is cool and handy, but just be careful with any promises that sound too good to be true.

    The product came quickly and was in great shape when I got it. But when I opened it up, I was bummed to see there wasn't as much product in there as I expected.     I ordered this Astro concert DVD from this company and honestly, it's been such a nightmare. I made the purchase months ago and I still haven't even gotten it. I've been reaching out to them through emails and even tried on Instagram, but they've been straight up ignoring me since mid-February. The whole thing has been a mess.     I bought some wool socks from this company and ended up getting a damaged pair that looked like someone else had worn them already. So, I called customer service and they said they didn't have any more in my size or style. They told me I could either fix the socks myself with a small discount or cut them in half and send pictures for a full refund.     I got this bracelet for my dad's birthday thinking it’d be the perfect gift, but man was I off! It ended up being way too small, and when I tried to reach out to customer service, it was a total nightmare. I had to make four calls just to find someone who could actually help me out! And on top of that, they wouldn’t give me a refund because apparently personalized stuff can’t be returned. Like, come on, what am I supposed to do with a bracelet that doesn’t even fit?
