Prescription glasses purchase
I just bought some prescription glasses from this online store. It took a little longer than I expected for them to arrive, but they kept me in the loop with frequent email updates, which I liked. The communication was clear and helped me know what to expect. When the glasses finally showed up, I was impressed with how nice they were and how well they fit. Plus, the price was better than a lot of other websites selling similar stuff, so I feel like I got a good deal. All in all, I had a good shopping experience with this store and I'd definitely buy from them again.
Prada Sunglasses
I just bought a pair of sunglasses from Visual Click and I have to say, I am beyond happy with them. Even though I was a little worried after seeing some bad reviews, I had a great experience. I ordered the Prada sunglasses last Thursday and they got here super fast on Monday thanks to DHL express, all the way from Spain to Switzerland. The sunglasses are exactly what I was hoping for - real deal, in perfect shape, and just like the ones I tried on in the Prada store, but for a much better price. I am so pumped about my new shades and how awesome they are.
MiuMiu glasses purchase
I had a great time buying a pair of MiuMiu glasses from Visual Click. The price was really good for the quality I got. Fake product comparison
I just bought a fancy pair of designer sunglasses from this store, but when I compared them to my real ones, I could totally tell that they were fake. Most people probably wouldn't notice, but I'm pretty good at spotting fakes. Even though it was a bummer to get a knockoff, the return process was smooth. The customer service team was quick to respond and I got my money back right away. Looks like they're really paying attention to feedback and trying to step up their game.

I just got my new glasses and I am so excited about the amazing service and quick delivery. The customer service on the phone was outstanding, and my order came even sooner than I thought. I don't understand why some people have issues because my experience was fantastic. The glasses themselves are really good quality and I will definitely be coming back for more in the future.

I just got myself a new pair of Persol sunglasses from Visual Click, and let me tell you, I was actually really impressed! I was a little nervous at first because I had heard some mixed things about their shipping times, but everything went smoothly for me. The sunglasses were way more affordable than if I had bought them here in Australia. It took about three weeks for them to arrive, but it was totally worth the wait. I'm super happy with my purchase!

I read some reviews that seemed a little shady, but I took a chance and ordered some awesome sunglasses on a Sunday. They arrived way faster than I thought, like seriously, I couldn't believe it. The sunglasses were great and exactly what I wanted. The price was also really good, saved some money there. Now I'm thinking about getting more stuff because this whole experience was amazing.
Glasses purchase experience
I bought some glasses not too long ago and it was a pretty good experience. The only bummer was that it took forever to get them delivered. But they were good about letting me know about the delay and gave me the option to either wait or get a refund. I couldn't hang around, so I went for the refund. They handled everything really well and I liked that they kept in touch with me so quickly.

Visual-Click is absolutely horrible. I was looking for a pair of Gucci prescription glasses GG1003O 001. I typed in the item number into Google, and I was directed to the Visual-Click website. The website is nice and easy to navigate, and I decided that I would get my new glasses for them. This is the worst impulse buy ever. I was immediately put off by the fact that I never received an order confirmation email. I immediately contacted their customer service department. Instead of a Visual-Click employee following up with an order confirmation, given the fact that they could easily look up my order through my email, and billing address, I received an email response asking if I had paid.. Paid??? Would I be asking for a follow up if I hadn’t already given you my money??? I replied with a screenshot of my payment information. Then I get a response saying that my order should ship with 48 hours. This morning I received my glasses, and low and behold… the lenses are not my prescription. How can a retailer collect money from a customer when they already know that they have absolutely NO INTENTION of providing the service? This is wrong and deceitful. STAY AWAY FROM ViSUAL-CLICK.COM
