Sunglasses for girlfriend
I picked up these sunglasses for my girlfriend and she absolutely adores them! They arrived with all the packaging and everything was spot on. The quality is really good and she rocks them with so much style. I'm so pleased with my buy!
Glasses purchase experience
I bought some glasses not too long ago and it was a pretty good experience. The only bummer was that it took forever to get them delivered. But they were good about letting me know about the delay and gave me the option to either wait or get a refund. I couldn't hang around, so I went for the refund. They handled everything really well and I liked that they kept in touch with me so quickly.
Sunglasses purchase
I read some reviews that seemed a little shady, but I took a chance and ordered some awesome sunglasses on a Sunday. They arrived way faster than I thought, like seriously, I couldn't believe it. The sunglasses were great and exactly what I wanted. The price was also really good, saved some money there. Now I'm thinking about getting more stuff because this whole experience was amazing.
Persol sunglasses
I just got myself a new pair of Persol sunglasses from Visual Click, and let me tell you, I was actually really impressed! I was a little nervous at first because I had heard some mixed things about their shipping times, but everything went smoothly for me. The sunglasses were way more affordable than if I had bought them here in Australia. It took about three weeks for them to arrive, but it was totally worth the wait. I'm super happy with my purchase!
Prescription designer glasses
Visual-Click is absolutely horrible. I was looking for a pair of Gucci prescription glasses GG1003O 001. I typed in the item number into Google, and I was directed to the Visual-Click website. The website is nice and easy to navigate, and I decided that I would get my new glasses for them. This is the worst impulse buy ever. I was immediately put off by the fact that I never received an order confirmation email. I immediately contacted their customer service department. Instead of a Visual-Click employee following up with an order confirmation, given the fact that they could easily look up my order through my email, and billing address, I received an email response asking if I had paid.. Paid??? Would I be asking for a follow up if I hadn’t already given you my money??? I replied with a screenshot of my payment information. Then I get a response saying that my order should ship with 48 hours. This morning I received my glasses, and low and behold… the lenses are not my prescription. How can a retailer collect money from a customer when they already know that they have absolutely NO INTENTION of providing the service? This is wrong and deceitful. STAY AWAY FROM ViSUAL-CLICK.COM
