I had a really good experience with my recent purchase from this website. The stuff that was available was delivered super fast and when I got it, everything was just like they said on the site. Unfortunately, there were a couple things that were out of stock and didn't come with the rest of my order. But they let me know right away and gave me a refund without any problems. The customer service team was great at keeping me in the loop the whole time. After this, I would totally think about buying from them again in the future.

Mistake in order - 2 different sizes purchased by accident

I made a purchase on your website and accidentally ordered two sizes of the same item - I only needed a large, not a medium. Misleading sizing chart

I just bought some stuff from this website and man, let me tell you, it was a letdown. The size chart they had up was way off, so when my order arrived, everything was way too big and basically impossible to wear. Clothing items that didn't fit

Product received was not as described

I just got this wool knit sweater online, and I was really looking forward to it because it had these fun colors and a random pattern. But man, when it showed up, it was not what I thought it would be. Instead of soft wool, it was actually this thin cotton material with a printed-on design. Such a letdown! I was hoping for a warm, cozy sweater, but ended up with a flimsy, summer wrap instead.
