I absolutely adore the dresses I've bought from them in the past! They fit so well and are just adorable. Every time I wear them, I get tons of compliments. I'm so excited for the dress I ordered to wear to a family gathering in June, it's going to be super stylish!
Women's clothing selection, individual care instructions
I recently bought some women's clothing and I was happy with the choices they had. The website had lots of stuff that caught my attention, and I found some pieces that I really liked. But, I did notice that some of the photos of the clothes looked edited, which made it hard to tell how good they were. It would be helpful if the website could show more accurate pictures of the products to help customers like me make better decisions. Also, having specific care instructions for each item would be nice because not all clothes are the same and need different care.

Clothing items that didn't fit
As a customer who recently bought some clothes that didn't fit right, I gotta say I'm kind of bummed about it. The sizes were off and I didn't hear much from the company about it. Even though I got my order pretty quickly, nothing actually fit me well because it seemed like they were made for people much taller than me. Trying on the clothes was a pain and it was pretty disappointing, especially since I actually followed all the instructions on the order slip. I reached out to customer service for help with sending the stuff back and getting my money back, but I haven't heard anything back from them. It's been more than 30 days since I got my order, and I'm starting to worry that I won't get my refund if they don't respond soon. I'm hoping this review makes the company realize they need to focus more on keeping customers happy and being better at communicating with us.
Product received was not as described
I just got this wool knit sweater online, and I was really looking forward to it because it had these fun colors and a random pattern. But man, when it showed up, it was not what I thought it would be. Instead of soft wool, it was actually this thin cotton material with a printed-on design. Such a letdown! I was hoping for a warm, cozy sweater, but ended up with a flimsy, summer wrap instead.

Birthday present for Maria Ferrer
Can you believe it? I bought Maria Ferrer a birthday gift and now I can't even track it because they say my email doesn't match the order number. How am I supposed to wish her Happy Birthday without knowing where her gift is? This is just so frustrating.
Recent clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes from an online store. I was pretty disappointed because all the stuff came from Canada, but I got charged in US dollars. The clothes were really bad quality, made with cheap and thin materials. They didn't fit well at all and looked nothing like they did on the website. Now I'm trying to figure out how to send them back because I can't find a return address or contact number for customer service. I would tell anyone thinking about shopping here to watch out for these problems.
Fleece leggings
The customer service was amazing! I ordered some things and two of them were out of stock, but they still sent them to me really quickly and made sure I was happy with the alternatives they suggested. These fleece leggings are my absolute favorite, they're super cozy and warm. I really love them and will definitely shop here again!
Blouse
I recently bought a blouse from this company and it was a total letdown. I had to wait 8 whole weeks for my order to finally show up, which is just not cool nowadays where everything is fast-paced online. When I contacted customer service to ask for a refund, they agreed right away. But I couldn't shake off the feeling that it was weird how they suddenly had the item ready to ship as soon as I asked for a refund. This whole thing left me feeling pretty unhappy and I would suggest others to watch out before buying from this company.
Recent clothing purchases
I really like all the different clothing options and colors on the website. I've found some cool pieces that I haven't seen anywhere else. But, it's been tough figuring out what size to get because there's no sizing chart. Also, ordering stuff online can be a bit confusing, and I've had some trouble getting around the website. Even though I'm digging the colors and styles of the clothes, I've been holding off on buying more because the shipping costs are high for each item and I have to pay to ship things back if they don't fit.
Blouse purchase
I just got a new blouse and I'm so happy with it! The details on the front and back are amazing, and the fabric is top-notch. It looks just like it did on the website, so I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. Only thing is, I ordered two items together and I've only gotten one. Can't wait for the second one to arrive!
Two shirts
Beware of the return policy. Unless you are 100 percent certain you will keep and enjoy your order, I would look elsewhere. I won't be buying from this company again
Dresses
They will charge you but, good luck getting anything. Four weeks went by before I called Amex to dispute the charge.
Purchased 2 blouses.
Received my purchase in quick fashion. Ordered my regular size, however, the items were too big. Will have to return for a full refund. In meantime I will have to take my measurements ... try harder to order the right size. Very nice items.
Placed 4 separate orders, none were shipped!
I placed 4 separate orders over a month ago! Nothing arrived! When I contacted their support they said to WAIT! I have waited ... either you have the items to ship or you don't. They mocked everything I said, repeating everything I said back to me, not helpful at all! Its a scam! They don't care about filling your orders, nor do they even have the items you order! They just want YOUR MONEY! Hoping I get complete refund now! I HATE DOING BUSINESS WITH CHINA! THEY ARE THE WORST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET! They don't care about anyone but the CCP!
Women's clothing
Initlally we loved the cute outfits and prices on the NoraCora website and decided to buy about $120 worth of their promited products. The products came is 4 seprate envelopes of a 30 day period and while shipping was supposed to be free, they charges an additional $42 to our credit card. We tried to return most of the items as they did not fit or we did not like te quality of the fabrics.
They refused to accept a return, but did give us a 15% discount if we kept the items. If we did return, they were going to charge us shipping charges. We did not return the items, but they still added a new shipping fee.
The shipping label clearly state the return address being in Ingelwood, CA. But when we communicated with Noracora, they stated that the return would have to go their eturn center located in Guangzhou, China. You have to pay shipping to China, they inspect the items, and then determine if they are going to credit a refund. Dishonest business practice. Shameful.
Horrible customer experience. Terrible quality. Sammed us on shipping in plasic bags. Don't be fooled! Not a good company, product, or value. Whatever you pay, it's tto much!
DW5 clothing items from Noracora
I ordered 5 items from Noracora on 12/5/2022. They took several weeks to arrive, (I just received the last item yesterday - 1/17/2023). But the worst thing is that NONE of the items are as pictured or as described on their website! Each item is very poor quality, made with very cheap fabric. And they expect me to return the items back to China and pay for the return shipping, when it is their fault for sending poor quality items and misrepresenting the items on their website. They should be paying for return shipping! The other alternative they offered is a 50% refund. But that still doesn't resolve the issue of sending poor quality items that don't match the descriptions on their website. So, they took my money and sent me cheap clothing that is not wearable. They are a DISHONEST company! Do not order from them!
Reindeer Sweater
I did not receive this sweater because they said it was labeled with the wrong address. I did however receive 2 other items that were on the same order. I do not believe this item even existing and now I am getting responses from them that they will offer me a refund of 30% of the item and another refund offer of 50% of the item. This is unacceptable and I will never order from them again. Buyers beware...so sad that they can be a reputable company. Everyone one I know will be hearing about this company and I'm sure they will steer clear ... you should too!

I received a dress M size, it is much smaller than the M. So I contacted them to return and re-order a Large size. They responded to me with a label to return to CHINA! I went to the post office to mail the package back. The post cost more than I paid for a dress! Why to China? I received package from CA!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE. None of the items came as pictured. At all. The worst quality, almost comical clothing I have ever received. I had bought items for Christmas gifts and actually fell onto the floor in a heap of tears laughing at what I got. I thought I had checked them out well enough, but I was definitely fooled. American Consumer=0 China=1. A complete loss of money spent. To return items is a real joke. Just don't do it. Also, try google image searching the item which is on display for sale. I did and found a few on legitimate high end American websites. They steal other photos and use as their own. I didn't think to check this until after I learned my lesson! AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. AWFUL CLOTHING. Unless you want a good laugh!
