Drone repair
My time dealing with BuyDig was kind of a rollercoaster of emotions - some frustration, but also some gratitude. I was really struggling to get my drone up and running again, but luckily Maria Luisa was always on the ball, responding to my emails super quickly and helping me out whenever I needed it. The only downside was that it took way longer than I thought it would, spanning over a few weeks. I was a bit bummed out by the lack of enthusiasm from the person who was supposed to handle a simple task holding up the whole process. But Maria Luisa stayed professional and kept apologizing for the delays. Eventually, I was able to get the necessary fix for my drone thanks to her hard work and support.
Defective TV unit replacement
I recently ran into some trouble with a TV I bought from BuyDig that turned out to be defective. When I reached out to their customer service team, I was pretty impressed with how quickly they got back to me and how professional they were about the whole thing. Reymond J. especially went out of his way to help me out and get the issue sorted. He wasted no time contacting the manufacturer, and they gave the green light for a replacement unit. The busted TV is heading back to the manufacturer now, and I can't wait for the new one to arrive. Big thanks to Maria and Angela for being on top of things too. All in all, I'm super happy with the customer service I got from BuyDig.

I recently bought a photo printer from BuyDig and let me tell you, it went above and beyond my expectations. The pictures that come out of this printer are just amazing, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The customer service at BuyDig was fantastic, they really knew their stuff and helped me out all the way through ordering. Plus, the pricing was really good, it was a great deal all around. The printer got to my door super fast and was packaged really well to make sure it didn't get damaged in transit. Overall, I'm super happy with my experience shopping at BuyDig and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

12 Cup Coffee Center Replacement
I just had a problem with a coffee maker I bought from BuyDig. The lid was broken and had a crack, so I contacted their customer service team for help. Dane and Maria were really great and went out of their way to help me out. They couldn't replace the coffee maker, but they gave me a full refund and let me donate the damaged one to a local fire company. Their kindness and generosity really stood out in today's business world where customer service can sometimes be lacking. I'm thankful for their outstanding service and for making a positive difference in the community.
Online purchase of electronics
I just bought some electronics online and it was kind of a bummer because what I got didn't match the description on the website. Plus, some parts were missing in the shipment. When I reached out to customer service, they told me they were out of the missing parts. But they did offer me a refund or the chance to buy the missing items based on the screenshots I sent. I'm glad they were on top of it and willing to fix things. In the end, I'm happy with how it all turned out and grateful that I was dealing with a good company.
Good prices
There are lots of things which i liked from here. i bought the backpack from here and even though its not that pricey still it looks really good
also it has enough space to carry basics items and i lilke it so far
apart from that, the customer services is really amazing s they have good Profesional people who understand the importance of customer and treat them right

He was super patient and helpful, giving me all the info I needed to make a good choice. It was right at the end of the day too, so I really appreciated his help. Billy not only helped me pick out the TV, but he also got the shipping started and set up the warranty that same night. That kind of customer service went beyond what I expected and I'm really happy with how everything went at this store.
Bluetooth headphones purchase
I ordered some Bluetooth headphones from BuyDig back in January, hoping to get them in 2-4 weeks. But after six weeks passed, I still hadn't heard anything from them. When I called Customer Service, they were friendly and helpful, but told me the headphones had been out of stock since I placed my order. They didn't know when or if they would restock. I ended up finding a similar pair somewhere else, just in time for my business trip. I asked for a refund and won't be shopping at BuyDig again. Good communication is important when I'm spending my money, and BuyDig really dropped the ball on that one.
I found a cool price drop
I was just sitting around waiting for my awesome thing to arrive from the online store, and guess what happened? The price actually dropped! I was so worried that I'd have to pay more, but when I reached out to them, they were really nice and fixed it immediately. Huge thanks to Belle for being so helpful!

Autel MaxiCharger Home Smart Level 2 Charger
I ordered a charger from BuyDig in October, but twice they sent me the wrong version with a separate holster. It's frustrating because the model numbers were clearly labeled on the boxes. Now I had to buy another charger and pay the electrician to come back. Not happy with BuyDig at all!
