Car rental experience
I just rented a car from this company, and man was I let down by all the extra charges they tacked on. I made sure to bring the car back with a full tank, but somehow they still managed to sneak in a fuel surcharge on my bill. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, and it's pretty obvious they're trying to pull a fast one on customers. Today, I returned the car with a full tank and even snapped a pic to show it, but they still found a way to nickel and dime me for the tiniest difference in fuel levels. It's just not right, and honestly, it's pretty darn ridiculous.

I buy things that I think are awesome, but then I realize they're not exactly what I wanted. Sweetwater always goes above and beyond to help me out, even when it's totally my fault. I mean, I know there are other places that offer similar services, but Sweetwater is top-notch. I just wish I didn't mess up so often, haha. Have a great week, everyone!

The shipping time for my golf shirts was pretty reasonable, especially 'cause they were coming from overseas. The prices were a good deal for the quality of the products I got. Shower gel delivery for gift
Man, you won't believe this, but every time I order that fancy shower gel as a gift, they always forget to include the gift bag. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to remember to add a little bag, right? So when I called them out on it, they were all like, "Oh, we can send it to you, but it won't arrive until Tuesday." Like, come on, my friend's birthday is on Monday! And then they're like, "Oh, we'll throw in some minis as a goodwill gesture." What am I supposed to do with tiny bottles when I needed the gift bag? Not cool, man!

Military ball dress purchase
As the wife of a Marine, I go to the military ball every year and it's a big deal for me to find just the right gown. I've been getting my dresses from this one store for more than 5 years, and it's always been a great experience. The quality of the dresses is amazing and they always get here super quick. I love that the dresses always fit like a glove as long as you know your measurements. Whenever I have a big event coming up, I always go with this store for my gowns.

Play kitchen for toddler
I got this play kitchen for my 18-month-old kiddo and it is seriously so cute. It's just as nice as some of the pricier ones out there, but this one even has an ice machine which is pretty cool. Only downside was that ours came with a broken piece in the ice machine. Luckily, customer service was super quick to respond and they fixed it all through email. Overall, really happy with this buy and happy we went with this kitchen set.

I am absolutely loving this Mandarin course that I stumbled upon online! The instructors are super awesome and really know how to make learning enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely want to make sure you grasp everything. I never find myself feeling uninterested during the classes because they always keep me engaged and excited. It's pretty crazy - I initially decided to start learning Mandarin after coming across their Youtube channel, and now it feels like I'm on this amazing language-learning journey!

12 Cup Coffee Center Replacement
I just had a problem with a coffee maker I bought from BuyDig. The lid was broken and had a crack, so I contacted their customer service team for help. Dane and Maria were really great and went out of their way to help me out. They couldn't replace the coffee maker, but they gave me a full refund and let me donate the damaged one to a local fire company. Their kindness and generosity really stood out in today's business world where customer service can sometimes be lacking.
