Unhappy with return policy
I recently had a really disappointing experience with this online clothing store. I bought a dress from them and it was just shedding glitter like crazy, showing it was poorly made. So, I decided to return it within 5 days of getting it. I sent it back right away, but then the store said I could only get store credit back. I care about getting good quality stuff, so I wasn't interested in store credit from a company that clearly doesn't care about that. I had to deal with my credit card company to get my money back, which was a pain and left me feeling annoyed. Now I have a bad impression of that store, and I'll definitely think twice before buying from them again.
Unfulfilled order
I ordered a dress and got scammed. I was charged but never got the dress, and when I tried to contact customer service, their mailbox was full. It's really annoying to pay for something you never get and then not be able to get your money back. Don't trust this company, don't waste your money here.
Prom Dress purchase
I bought a prom dress from this site not too long ago and it was a total disaster. Even with everything going on with the pandemic messing up events like prom, they wouldn't let me return the dress if I hadn't worn it or had it altered, even if it had the tags still on. It really bothered me how they couldn't show any understanding or care for their customers in that situation.

Girl's dress
I just want to start by saying I was actually very happy with the dress I bought. It was not only a really good price, but the dress itself was really well-made. The shipping was super quick, which I was definitely happy about. The only downside was the glitter that ended up getting everywhere, but they did mention that in the description so I can't really be too upset. The dress fit my daughter perfectly, except for needing a little hemming because she's a bit on the shorter side. Overall, she's really happy with her new dress and that's all that really matters.

This lack of clarity in the return policy is not cool, and now I'm stuck with a dress I can't even wear to the event I bought it for. I won't shop here again.

I just got a formal dress from this company and I'm super bummed about how it all went down. The dress showed up way later than expected, and when I reached out to return it, the customer service was no help at all.
