    I just ordered 4 things from this shop. The first package came with 3 items, but the second one with the last item never showed up. It was a major bummer because I was excited to get everything all at once. I should've checked out the reviews before buying from here, seems like missing items is a common problem.

    I bought three sweaters from this store thinking I was getting a good deal, but I was bummed when I realized I was actually paying in US dollars, making the total cost much higher than I thought. And on top of that, there was a $126 charge for UPS delivery, which seemed way too high. The unclear info about currency and shipping costs left me feeling annoyed and deceived.

    virtual meeting platform

    This virtual meeting platform is a total scam. I canceled my subscription, but they kept sending me bills for 6 months! They totally ignored my request to cancel and just kept demanding payment. Dealing with their billing department is a total nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this platform.

    My experience with the customer service at this store was really disappointing. Since they moved online, their service quality has gone way down. I tried to talk to a supervisor about an issue, but the response I got wasn't very helpful. It seems like the staff just doesn't have the right know-how or drive to help customers properly. I'm not very confident in their ability to succeed as an online-only business.

    Poor customer service experience

    I had a really bad experience with this company. They were nice when I bought something, but they have been really unprofessional and haven't responded at all when it comes to returning it. They promised me a refund, but haven't done anything even though I've tried contacting them in many ways over four months. I can't even talk to a manager and I've gotten no helpful responses to my emails and messages. I suggest staying away from this company because I've spent so much time and energy trying to fix this issue and it's really annoying.

    My experience with Shoes and their return process was really frustrating and disappointing. When I first tried to get in touch with them, I was put on hold for a crazy 72 minutes. Then, when I emailed them on my second try, they didn't even bother to respond. It took three more tries before I finally got a reply, only to be told that my order number was wrong, even though I knew it wasn't. After four days of this nonsense, I finally got a UPS return label, but it was printed on a whole sheet of paper, which showed me they weren't paying attention to details. On top of all that, Shoes.com charged me an $8.95 return fee, which just made things even more annoying. Now I have to keep an eye on my credit card statement to make sure I actually get my refund, expecting more problems along the way. Overall, dealing with Shoes.com's return process was a real pain, and I won't be buying from them again.

    The account manager over at The Hoth is seriously great! She's so easy to work with and always gives us a heads up when she's going to be out of town. Plus, she's always there to share some extra tips and tricks. Our whole experience was just awesome!

    Purchase of shoes for my grandson

    The customer service at this store is terrible. I bought a pair of shoes for my grandson, but when they showed up, they were missing the laces and packaged all messy. When I tried to talk to someone in customer service, they were not helpful or nice. I've sent a bunch of emails and still haven't heard back. My whole experience with this store has been really disappointing and annoying.

    Pure X low deflection pool cue

    I got this Pure X pool cue from this place and it showed up earlier than I expected. But, man, I was strugglin' to control it because of the skinny shaft and the weight was off. So, I called up the store and talked to Rich. He suggested changin' the shaft and fixin' the weight. After they made those adjustments, the pool cue was spot on. The customer service was top-notch, and Rich really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I'd totally shop here again and tell anyone lookin' for pool cues and stuff to check 'em out.

    I use both Windows and iOS devices, and I gotta say, the record manager on Keeper is super user-friendly and safe. It's been smooth sailing on my computers and iPhone with no hiccups.     Gift basket for granddaughter's 21st Birthday

    This was my first time ordering from GiftTree and I gotta say, I was really happy with how things turned out. I got a gift basket for my granddaughter who is off at college for her 21st Birthday. She really dug the quality of the stuff inside, especially the champagne. We did hit a little bump when it looked like she didn't get the package, but the customer service was on the ball and helped sort things out quick - turns out it was a FedEx mix-up. All in all, I was super pleased with how it all went down and will for sure order from them again down the road.

    Soft organic cotton tops and pants

    I'm really into the idea of sustainable clothing, but man, this brand has some big issues. Some of their clothes are so comfy and nice, but then others are just straight up bad quality. It's like a gamble every time I order from them. And let's not even get started on the sizing - I can never figure out what size to get because it's all over the place. And trying to talk to customer service is such a pain, it's always a struggle to get through to a real person.

    Their website is a disaster too, it's like they don't even care. I've tried pointing out the problems, but it's like they're not listening. And don't even get me started on their sales - it's like a mission trying to find something in my budget. It really shouldn't be this complicated!

    Overall, I'd say this brand is hit or miss. Sometimes you luck out with a great piece, but other times you're stuck with a poorly made disappointment.

    5 1/2 cases of wine

    I got 5 and a half cases of wine and man, the customer service at this place was top-notch. Heather was so nice and really went out of her way to help me get exactly what I was looking for. And the rest of the staff really knew their stuff and gave great suggestions. I've checked out other spots but none can beat the quality and prices here. Definitely recommend!

    Man, I gotta tell you about this suit I ordered online - it was a complete nightmare. I didn't bother checking the reviews beforehand (my fault) and now I'm seriously regretting it.     Smart home security system

    The home security system was pretty good, all things considered. I really liked how clear the camera and sensors were - they showed me everything I needed to see and gave me alerts right on time. But I was bummed out that I couldn't control which notifications I got for each device. The doorbell camera was especially disappointing. It kept missing stuff and the battery didn't last long, so I couldn't rely on it to keep my home safe.

    I bought this software for my new laptop and got an email with instructions on using my old keys to activate it. I've been using this software for over 5 computers and 3 laptops, and it's always worked well without breaking the bank. My only gripe is that the last two promos didn't offer a software upgrade, just a one-year subscription.
