Prom Dress purchase
I bought a prom dress from this site not too long ago and it was a total disaster. Even with everything going on with the pandemic messing up events like prom, they wouldn't let me return the dress if I hadn't worn it or had it altered, even if it had the tags still on. It really bothered me how they couldn't show any understanding or care for their customers in that situation.

I just ordered 4 things from this shop. The first package came with 3 items, but the second one with the last item never showed up. It was a major bummer because I was excited to get everything all at once. I should've checked out the reviews before buying from here, seems like missing items is a common problem.

This virtual meeting platform is a total scam. I canceled my subscription, but they kept sending me bills for 6 months! They totally ignored my request to cancel and just kept demanding payment. Dealing with their billing department is a total nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this platform.

My time at the salon was a total letdown. I showed up right on time for my appointment, but to my surprise, the place was empty and they claimed I missed my slot. The staff there were so impolite and even accused me of causing damage to the door when I left. When I asked for my info to be removed from their records, as I'm entitled to under GDPR rules, they flat out said no. It's just not cool for a place that's supposed to be pro. So, I'm definitely staying away from that salon from now on.

I had a really bad experience with this store. I bought a dress months ago and never got it. I've been emailing them a ton, and all they offered me was a credit note. But now I can't even use it to buy a dress on their website. Every time I try to pick one out, the site keeps making me sign in over and over, so I can't even finish buying it. And now they're not even answering my emails. I feel totally scammed, spending over $1,000 and getting nothing in return.

Intermediate Package Purchase
I recently got the intermediate package and found the program to be great and easy to use, but I ran into a few issues. The program works really well if you know the basics, but I had trouble getting it to load on my Mac even though I was using Chrome. The package I bought only had a set amount of minutes (less than one hour), and once I used them all up, I had to wait for the next month or buy more "add-on" minutes. Unfortunately, since I wasn't familiar with the program and had to redo some things, I used up all my minutes in less than two days. This meant I couldn't even finish my first project, which was disappointing.

The customer service at this store is terrible. I bought a pair of shoes for my grandson, but when they showed up, they were missing the laces and packaged all messy. When I tried to talk to someone in customer service, they were not helpful or nice. I've sent a bunch of emails and still haven't heard back. My whole experience with this store has been really disappointing and annoying.

Pure X low deflection pool cue
I got this Pure X pool cue from this place and it showed up earlier than I expected. But, man, I was strugglin' to control it because of the skinny shaft and the weight was off. So, I called up the store and talked to Rich. He suggested changin' the shaft and fixin' the weight. After they made those adjustments, the pool cue was spot on. The customer service was top-notch, and Rich really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I'd totally shop here again and tell anyone lookin' for pool cues and stuff to check 'em out.

Italy trip experience
Overall, my experience booking a trip to Italy through this travel company was actually pretty nice. At first, I was a little worried because I saw some bad reviews, but I decided to take a chance anyway. After I booked, a few problems came up, but the customer service team fixed them quickly and that made me feel a lot better. The tour guides were friendly and knew their stuff, except for one in Lake Como who didn't seem to know as much. But the tour leader was awesome - she was not only fun and full of energy but also super informative and really paid attention to the group's needs. Oh, and make sure you have a phone with WhatsApp and navigation apps because we moved around a lot and it was super helpful to have them. Despite my worries in the beginning, the trip ended up going smoothly and I got to see so many beautiful cities in Italy.

This was my first time ordering from GiftTree and I gotta say, I was really happy with how things turned out. I got a gift basket for my granddaughter who is off at college for her 21st Birthday. Smart home security system
The home security system was pretty good, all things considered. I really liked how clear the camera and sensors were - they showed me everything I needed to see and gave me alerts right on time. But I was bummed out that I couldn't control which notifications I got for each device. The doorbell camera was especially disappointing. It kept missing stuff and the battery didn't last long, so I couldn't rely on it to keep my home safe.
