the exchange never happened and I'm still out a pair of shoes. I ordered a second pair on Oct 28, 2024 — first time I bought from them about eight months earlier and that one was fine, so I figured this would be easy. The new pair didn’t fit, I followed their return instructions and shipped them back. My tracking shows delivery to their return address on Nov 28, 2024, but no replacement and no refund. Emails get the same templated reply about responding in X business days, and the phone number on the site just rings dead. I even filed a complaint with the BBB. I've had some pretty frustrating experiences with this company. The boots I got for me and my son took forever to show up, way longer than they said they would. The boots themselves were alright, but the shipping delays were just not cool. And then there were the shoes I got for me - total letdown. OMG, do not ever buy from this place! I got scammed just like everyone else! The owner is nowhere to be found and no one is responding to my emails. I really want my money back, but it seems like I'm out of luck. Be careful with this place, they are nothing but thieves!
I bought shoes that broke and then I got new ones
Man, I bought these shoes and they straight up fell apart on me. So, I took them to get fixed but the guy said they were garbage and couldn't do anything. I tried to post a review but it got taken down. Then I got another pair, and guess what? They were just as bad. Ugh, frustrating!
Tall boots with incorrect calf size
I am so disappointed with the boots I bought from this company. They were not the right calf size - I ordered standard size, but got boots with a calf measurement of 50.8cm, way bigger than I wanted. On top of that, the customer service has been awful. This is my third time asking for help, and I still haven't heard back.
