Boots, shoes, belt
I've had some pretty frustrating experiences with this company. The boots I got for me and my son took forever to show up, way longer than they said they would. The boots themselves were alright, but the shipping delays were just not cool. And then there were the shoes I got for me - total letdown. They finally arrived after weeks in a box that was wet and beat up. The shoes were all wet, bent out of shape, didn't fit right, and just looked cheap. The inserts were all loose, so wearing them was uncomfortable. And to top it off, the color was totally off from what was advertised, which just made me even more mad. The belt I bought to match wasn't any better - looked unfinished and definitely was not worth what I paid.
Unfortunate experience
I had a bad experience with this company recently. I bought some shoes that didn't work for me at all. When I figured that out, I sent an email to their customer service team right away to try and set up an exchange. But man, I was so let down by how long it took for them to respond. It took four tries before someone finally got back to me, and then they just told me I had to hurry up and return the shoes if I wanted to exchange them.
Custom leather shoes
I bought some awesome custom leather shoes from this company, but man, it's been a rough ride. I placed my order back in May, and didn't get my shoes until more than 5 months later. It was like pulling teeth trying to get updates on my order - so many emails back and forth, it was exhausting. And to top it off, after only 3 days of wearing my new kicks, the tread started coming off. Now it's been well over a month and a half, and I still can't get any help from the company on getting a refund or return label. This whole experience - from ordering, to quality, to customer service - has been a total letdown.
Warranty Exchange
I bought some shoes from this company recently, but they didn't fit me right. I got the warranty exchange for a guaranteed swap, so I figured it would be simple to get a new pair. Boy, was I mistaken. It took a whole 8 days for them to get back to me after I reached out through their website's contact form. I even tried calling them during those 8 days, but got a message saying they were closed. The lack of communication and slow response really got on my nerves.
Incorrect order
I just bought a pair of shoes from this company, but they sent me the wrong order. I've tried emailing them and calling multiple times, but I haven't heard back from them at all. After checking out some other reviews online, I'm really let down by their terrible customer service.
Order placed in September
I bought some shoes back in September and paid with ShopPay. But when I looked up my order, it said partially delivered with no tracking number or details. I tried reaching out by email and phone, but no luck getting a response. It's so annoying not knowing where my order is or if it's even coming at all.
Custom Made Reina Boots
I just got a pair of Reina boots from this company, but they ended up being too big and wide for my feet and calves. I tried to get a replacement pair from customer service, but even those didn't fit quite right around my ankles - my heel kept slipping. Unfortunately, since they only offer store credit and not refunds, I'm stuck with boots that don't fit. The custom measurement process is based on just 3 measurements, which makes it hard for folks like me with muscular calves and slim ankles to find boots that fit perfectly.
Stylish leather boots
I just got these really cool leather boots from this store, and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how well-made they are. They're comfy, they seem like they'll last a long time, and they look just right with my style. The person helping me out was awesome - they knew all about the boots and helped me pick the perfect pair. I'd totally suggest checking out this store if you want some top-notch shoes without breaking the bank.
Second pair received
I'm a regular at this store and I bought two pairs of shoes. The first one was great, but the second one was a letdown. When I got the second pair, I opened the box and was shocked to see only one shoe inside. I reached out to customer service, but they said since I didn't get shipping insurance, they'd only refund me for one shoe. I explained that the package was sealed and it wasn't a shipping problem, but now they're ignoring me. This whole situation really bothers me and I feel like they basically took almost $300 from me. I was planning on sticking with them as a customer, but now I won't ever buy from them again.
Shoes
I ordered a pair of shoes back in August and I paid for them, but let me tell you, dealing with customer service at this store has been a nightmare. I tried reaching out multiple times via email and phone over the course of two months, but I got nothing back. It wasn't until I complained to the Better Business Bureau that I heard from the CEO, Peter, who said my shoes would ship in 10 days. Well, it's been four weeks now and still no shoes or updates. I had to complain to the BBB again because this whole situation has been a mess.
Custom shoes and wallet purchase
I recently bought some custom shoes and a wallet from this company, and I have to say, I had a really good experience. The quality of the products was top-notch, and getting a free wallet with the shoes was a nice surprise. The shoes were made with great craftsmanship, and my husband really liked how they fit and looked. Unfortunately, our dog got a hold of the free wallet and destroyed it, but we liked the products so much that we ended up ordering a new wallet and a belt too. We really like that the company hires people in Guatemala and supports local artisans. It's cool that they show who made each product, and it feels good to know our purchase is making a positive impact. Even though the prices are a bit high, the quality and the cause behind the products make it totally worth it. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience with awesome products that support a good cause.
Shoes still not here
OMG, do not ever buy from this place! I got scammed just like everyone else! The owner is nowhere to be found and no one is responding to my emails. I really want my money back, but it seems like I'm out of luck. Be careful with this place, they are nothing but thieves!
I bought shoes that broke and then I got new ones
Man, I bought these shoes and they straight up fell apart on me. So, I took them to get fixed but the guy said they were garbage and couldn't do anything. I tried to post a review but it got taken down. Then I got another pair, and guess what? They were just as bad. Ugh, frustrating!
Tall boots with incorrect calf size
I am so disappointed with the boots I bought from this company. They were not the right calf size - I ordered standard size, but got boots with a calf measurement of 50.8cm, way bigger than I wanted. On top of that, the customer service has been awful. This is my third time asking for help, and I still haven't heard back. Their 30-day return policy is pointless when their customer service team ignores you. It's annoying how they take your money quickly but won't help you when there's a problem.
Shoe order issue
I've been having some trouble with my shoe order and I've tried reaching out to the company for help. I sent two emails but haven't heard back from them. I'm really hoping they see this post and get in touch with me soon to fix the issue. It's been a whole month since I bought the shoes and I really want this sorted out by the end of the week.
delayed delivery, incorrect sizing, poor customer service
I just bought something from that store, and man, let me tell you, I was not happy with how things went down. It took forever for the shoes I ordered to get here, and even when they did, they were not the right size! When I tried to get help from customer service, they were totally useless and didn't even bother to respond. The whole thing was a huge bummer, to be honest.
Custom Boots
I have been trying to process a return for their boots for over a week and have not received the return label/instructions. I have reached out via email and the website multiple times.
Starting to wonder if they drag their feet just they you can say it's outside the 30 day return window and will never process it.
Really pretty high quality boots, sad they didn't fit (very narrow in the heel), horrible customer service. Only return for store credit. Buyer beware!!Boots
I contacted a fit specialist that was very helpful. We measured and discussed sizing and fit issues. The boots arrived as promised - within 3 weeks. The return policy is clearly stated on their website so don’t buy custom shoes if you want a refund instead of store credit.

On my third pair of shoes and again they don't fit and they refuse to give a refund. This has taken six months to order and reoder and get their shoes. Reviews on site are very suspect and all 5 stars. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere where you can try on the shoes.
Same thing happened to me. Have contacted them multiple times to process the return and they have gone radio silence
This company is a SCAM. Do NOT NOT purchase from them. I never received the boots I paid 285.00 for. No one returns emails or answers the phone.
