Black dress
I bought this black dress from the store and it didn't fit right. I couldn't return it because they got taken over. The service was bad, and it seems like they're not handling the change well. It's sad to see a brand that used to be so good struggle like this.

Gift order disappointment
I tried to order a gift online and jazz it up with gift bags, tissue, and ribbon, but Jo Malone said they don't do that anymore since Estée Lauder took over. Bummer! Guess I'll have to start shopping at Jo Loves for gifts that are beautifully wrapped.

Eyeshadow palette
I recently picked up an eyeshadow palette that I absolutely love. The colors are vibrant and blend easily. I wore it to school and my friends all raved about how great it looked on me. The packaging is adorable too, it's got this sparkly design that I'm totally into. I'm definitely going to be purchasing more products from this brand in the future!

AR-15 upper receiver and parts
I just bought an AR-15 upper receiver and a few parts from this company, and let me tell you, I'm really impressed with the quality of everything. The upper receiver fit perfectly on my lower receiver, and all the parts were really good. The customer service was great too - they knew their stuff and were helpful when I had questions about compatibility and installation. The prices were fair compared to other stores I looked at, and the delivery was quick and everything was well-packaged. Item ordered in March
I ordered something at the end of March, but I never got any updates even after asking multiple times. The phone number they have listed is always busy, and they said they would email me when they sent my order out. The last time I ordered, it was sent right away. I'm getting frustrated because it's already mid-April and I still haven't heard anything. I might have to ask my credit card company for a refund. Don't buy from here! They're still selling the item online, but it's been over two weeks and they still haven't sorted out my order.

Healthy and convenient meals for daycare
As working parents, my partner and I have really found Little Spoon to be a game-changer for us when it comes to feeding our son while he's at daycare. We're always running out of time and can't whip up homemade meals every day, so having lots of nutritious options ready to go has been a lifesaver. We love knowing our son is getting all the good stuff he needs to grow, and it's even better that he actually likes the food too. It's pretty amazing to see him gobble up every last bite with a smile on his face, knowing he's happy and full.

delayed delivery, incorrect sizing, poor customer service
I just bought something from that store, and man, let me tell you, I was not happy with how things went down. It took forever for the shoes I ordered to get here, and even when they did, they were not the right size! When I tried to get help from customer service, they were totally useless and didn't even bother to respond. The whole thing was a huge bummer, to be honest.
