Gift order disappointment
I tried to order a gift online and jazz it up with gift bags, tissue, and ribbon, but Jo Malone said they don't do that anymore since Estée Lauder took over. Bummer! Guess I'll have to start shopping at Jo Loves for gifts that are beautifully wrapped.

Easy and efficient claim process
I was actually really surprised at how easy and simple the process was to file my claim. I honestly wasn't expecting much when it came to dealing with insurance, but it turned out better than I thought. I submitted all the required documents and then, just one day later, I got an email saying that my claim had been reviewed and authorized. The full amount, fees included, was put into my bank account the very next day.

AR-15 upper receiver and parts
I just bought an AR-15 upper receiver and a few parts from this company, and let me tell you, I'm really impressed with the quality of everything. The upper receiver fit perfectly on my lower receiver, and all the parts were really good. The customer service was great too - they knew their stuff and were helpful when I had questions about compatibility and installation. The prices were fair compared to other stores I looked at, and the delivery was quick and everything was well-packaged. I'm super happy with my experience at Pro2A Tactical and I'll definitely be coming back for all my AR-15 needs in the future.

Item ordered in March
I ordered something at the end of March, but I never got any updates even after asking multiple times. The phone number they have listed is always busy, and they said they would email me when they sent my order out. The last time I ordered, it was sent right away. I'm getting frustrated because it's already mid-April and I still haven't heard anything. I might have to ask my credit card company for a refund. Don't buy from here! They're still selling the item online, but it's been over two weeks and they still haven't sorted out my order.

Healthy and convenient meals for daycare
As working parents, my partner and I have really found Little Spoon to be a game-changer for us when it comes to feeding our son while he's at daycare. We're always running out of time and can't whip up homemade meals every day, so having lots of nutritious options ready to go has been a lifesaver. We love knowing our son is getting all the good stuff he needs to grow, and it's even better that he actually likes the food too. It's pretty amazing to see him gobble up every last bite with a smile on his face, knowing he's happy and full.

delayed delivery, incorrect sizing, poor customer service
I just bought something from that store, and man, let me tell you, I was not happy with how things went down. It took forever for the shoes I ordered to get here, and even when they did, they were not the right size! When I tried to get help from customer service, they were totally useless and didn't even bother to respond. The whole thing was a huge bummer, to be honest.
