Stolen returned items
I had a really awful experience with this company. They kept telling me that they still hadn't finished inspecting the items I sent back, even though it was supposed to be done last week. And their excuses keep changing - first they said the items were at the warehouse but the system didn't show that, then they said the items weren't there at all. It's pretty obvious they either don't know what they're doing or they're trying to cheat people. They basically forced me to return some really valuable items and now it looks like they've just taken them for themselves.

Payment assistance and customer service support
I recently contacted customer service for help with a payment problem. I used a payment method that was taking longer than I thought to show up in their records, which made me worried. But the people at the call center were really helpful and understanding. They not only told me the payment was going through, but also gave me more time for it to show up in their system to make me feel better. I also found out they offer support in Spanish, my native language, which made talking to them a lot easier and nicer for me.

Incorrect order
I just bought a pair of shoes from this company, but they sent me the wrong order. I've tried emailing them and calling multiple times, but I haven't heard back from them at all. After checking out some other reviews online, I'm really let down by their terrible customer service.
