Saw it on a coworker's desk and told my sister, delivery came earlier than ETA, customer service handled a small mix-up fast and weirdly left a handwritten note, price felt fair.

I flew in late and needed a car for a long drive the next morning. The pickup desk said open at 8pm but was closed when I got there — not great. I had to grab a last-minute hotel (they refused a refund). Morning pickup was fine and the car was clean, so a bit relieved but annoyed.

Booked this with fingers crossed — I'd been burned by other companies before, so I was wary. Flight got overbooked and I had to reroute last minute. Canceling on their site was painless and the refund started instantly. Still a bit surprised, honestly, and pretty pleased — I'll probably go back next time for sure.
