Shorts, threads, customer service
I got these shorts and they were amazing at first, but then the threads started coming loose so quickly. I tried contacting customer service but got absolutely no response. It felt like I was being ignored, which is really disappointing. The shorts were great while they lasted, at least.

I was kinda unsure about ordering from this company at first, but I took a chance and bought something anyway. It did take longer to get to me than I thought, about 3 weeks, but when it finally arrived, I was happy. It fit me perfectly and looked just like it did in the picture online. Even though I had to wait a while, I was really pleased with how good the product was.

Blue light glasses purchase
I recently bought some blue light glasses online but they never showed up. When I saw that the tracking info said they were delivered, I reached out to customer service to figure out what was going on. Even though I gave them all the details and told them how bummed I was, they pretty much just said it was the postal service's fault and didn't try to help me out. It was annoying to feel like they just brushed me off, especially since they're supposed to be a top-notch company.

Car hire experience
I recently had to rent a car for the first time in almost two years, and I was really happy to find a company that had great prices and awesome customer service. I found this company by accident and thought I'd give them a shot, and I'm so glad I did. Everything went really smoothly, from booking the car online to picking it up where I was supposed to. The staff was super nice and made sure I had everything I needed for my rental. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone looking to rent a car - you won't regret it.

Crystal meditation set
I was really looking forward to getting my hands on that crystal meditation set from Renoo, but man, was I disappointed when it finally arrived. The crystals were way smaller than I thought they'd be, and the packaging looked like it could fall apart any second. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were slow to respond and didn't really help much. The product just didn't match up to what they promised, and honestly, it left me feeling pretty let down.

Super Colossal King Crab Legs
We often order and eat crab. I almost never post online complaints. BUT, this merits taking the time. We received our shipment of super colossal king crab legs, which was almost $800. They were still frozen upon arrival (good). We followed the instructions exactly and immediately put them in the freezer. On Christmas Eve we took them out of the freezer and thawed in the refrigerator. When we took them out of the refrigerator to reheat, they were still icy . But unfortunately they were not fresh, smelled extremely fishy (as one of our guests commented prior to the crab going in the oven). When we served them many of the legs tasted spoiled and none of them tasted good at all. We had guests from out of town and two of them had to get up from the table as they were gagging at the smell, no one finished their crab and we all stopped eating out of concern it was bad and two guests ended up vomiting, my husband was sick for over 24 hours. It was not a pleasant experience and threw so much of the uneaten crab away.
When you spend top dollar for this type of product you expect it to be quality. We submitted the information to Alaskan King Crab Co Customer Service but were told that all complaints needed to be submitted immediately and no more than 7 days after receipt. In a year where Supply chain has been a concern, we ordered early to insure we received our Christmas main course in time. Our order shipped immediately and we received our crab December 17. We ate Dec 25 and submitted the complaint Dec 26, 2022. I attempted one more message to customer service, which to this date, Jan 11, 2022 has been ignored. $800 and all this company can respond with is that you prepare your food in an FDA complaint facility and the issue must have been on our side.

The lipstick was fabulous but they refused to send and pack the rest of my order after emailing customer service twice I was ignored and brushed aside very disappointing

Great sweaters for season
Almost interning in winter season.Looking for some jackets and sweaters.My search ended at Loft.Selected few number of sweaters, sleeve and without sleeve.Light apparels ,wools made suitable for next few weeks .
Collections are huge .These four sweaters are from sale ,half relaxed ,prices are not bigger but also not easy. A middle class people like me always choose apparels who last long.Prices can also be bearer even high but if long lasting elements is missing, normally we scare before billing.Quality of these sweaters are very good and hope will last long.Today all customers ask sellers how fast it can be delivered due ti pandemic conditions ..So it is much better to be clear before shipping.Review about: Tacticalxmen

I too am trying to cancel my order. My FIRST order took a MONTH!! My Dumb ASS ordered Again because it stated they were Based in CALIFORNIA!! No Response from their Customer Service. I should have just gone Back on Base and ordered it THAT way

Ordered a plate carrier Sep 13, 2020 It’s November now and checked their website w the order # and my email address. It says they both do not exist! This is a fraudulent website and filing a dispute with Paypal to get a refund!
