Sunscreens and Moisturizer
I think people writing poor reviews are setting their standards at the same level as Amazon while also not reading details....partially understandable and partially not. First of all, the site layout is great. Prices are far better than Amazon and they reward bulk purchases. It's very fortunate we have sites like these that offer Asian cosmetics/sunscreens to the US market all in one place like this.
I do not understand why customer service is being so harshly criticized here. Again, they're not a behemoth corporation akin to Amazon. Even so, they have given responses that were admittedly general but when you ask for clarification they do respond in kind. I had trouble with an order taking so long to process and they got back to me and explained why. It was completely my misunderstanding when I made the order and they were very clear with me on what mistake I made.
That brings me to delivery. It's the only downside to this site. You're much better off buying in bulk because orders do take a long time. When you view a product, look for a statement right under the title that says something like "usually ships within X hours or days". I ordered a product that said usually ships within 30 days and didn't realize when I made the order. This drastically increased the processing time as they were waiting for supply. I think the website could be more clear about what they have in inventory and what is on back order.
That said, I would definitely use this service again taking better care to look for what they can ship out quickly and I will use this site to buy anything I don't need immediately. They have excellent prices and worth the wait.SKINCARE Sun Gel Face Cream Eye Cream Essence Toner
It was my first time ordering from Stylevana, and I was extremely worried due to the numerous bad reviews, but I decided to give it a try anyway. I place my order on August 12th, 2022, and in 2-3 days it was still "processing". I use the messaging feature on the website to ask how long it usually takes for an order to be "confirmed"; I got a response in a day saying that my order is already packed and is awaiting to be sent out; it was stated that I should be receiving my order in 6-12 business days. On August 16th I got a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number; I believe it took 4 days to ship only because I ordered on Friday and they don't work on the weekends, so I find it reasonable to be shipped on Tuesday the following week. I will attach the travel history of my order for you to see how long each stage takes. I received my order in the mail on August 24th, therefore, it took 12 days (or 9 business days) to be delivered to me from the moment I ordered. That falls into the exact delivery timing the lady stated in the response. The package was in amazing condition and I received everything I ordered. For those who are interested I used free shipping, so I didn't pay for any insurance. Overall, I am super happy with what I got, so I would definitely recommend it! 10/10!
Discounts can be a bit challenging to understand, so if you have any questions use the messaging feature on the site to message customer help. As far as I understood the discount you apply only applies to the cheapest item in your cart; meaning if you use the 10% off code, it will only take 10% off your cheapest item not the entire total.Skincare products
First time ordering: When I first ordered off this website I was a bit nervous because of all the negative reviews, however, I decided to take the gamble because the prices were so much better than any other website. Overall I would say that my experience was a 4/5. All my items came in bubble wrap and were packed very nicely into a cardboard box. None of the items were damaged or missing. Shipping takes a really long time, and when I ordered it took nearly 2 weeks for them to even pack the order. I emailed customer service twice and they got back to me within 24 hours. They said that some of the stuff that I ordered wasn't in stock yet, and so I should expect it to ship within the next few days (when the stuff I ordered was in stock). Once my order had finally shipped, I got it within 7-8 days. In my experience when ordering with Stylevana you have to be VERY patient, but in the end, everything will turn out okay.
Second time ordering: This time the process is going a lot smoother and faster. I haven't gotten my stuff yet, but I placed my order on September 6th, it is now September 11th, and my order is already shipped and on its way to JFK from Hong Kong.K beauty products
A lot of the reviews on this site are just not fair, you know? Like, come on, there was one where this person was all mad they didn't get a refund after just a week of waiting. Seriously? If you're ordering from an international website, you gotta do your homework, man. Me, I ordered from STYLEVANA and another site around the same time, and guess what? My STYLEVANA stuff got here in just 2 weeks, beating the other one. I've had orders from other sites that took over a month to get to me, but I didn't go off because I get how international shipping works. I'd rather wait a little longer for some reasonably priced K beauty stuff than spend a ton at other places. But hey, if you've been waiting way too long, that's a whole other story. All in all, people need to chill with their expectations and get how international shopping goes. I'm happy with what I got and you can bet I'll be ordering more in the future. I've been a regular customer of STYLEVANA and I gotta say, I'm loving their huge range of Japanese & Korean skincare, haircare, and body care goodies on their site. The prices are pretty good and usually lower than other online stores I've shopped at before. And let's talk about those exclusive member sales and sweet deals they have - major money savers right there! But, I do have one gripe with them - their shipping. Even though I pay extra for priority shipping, my packages always seem to take forever to get to me, like 2-3 weeks after I place my order. Kinda frustrating, ya know?

First time placing order with Stylevana and it's going good so far as the Package has been dispatched within one working week, I've received the tracking email and it's showing me updates that at which step is my package right now. I placed the order without reading any reviews about Stylevana, and when I read the reviews on different review sites and social media (specially TikTok), it turned out most of the people have complaints about them (mostly delayed packages, bad customer service, refund haven't received etc etc), after reading these comments I was quite worried that may be my experience is gonna be like them as well but I was pleasantly surprised when I received 2 emails back and forth saying that my order has been packed and dispatched along with tracking email with one working week of placing the order.

I recently got some skincare stuff from this website and let me tell you, I'm seriously impressed with the whole thing. Yeah, it took forever to get here since it was coming from Korea, but other than that, it was all top-notch. The prices were good, they had some awesome deals that let me get extra stuff for free. Their tracking system was on point, I could see exactly where my package was at all times. When my stuff finally arrived, it was in perfect shape, and the package was just the right size, no wasted space. Their customer service was quick to help out, especially when my package got stuck at the local post office. And hey, it's nice that everything's in English for us international folks. Honestly, I've got nothing bad to say, I'd totally recommend this site to anyone.

I absolutely love the sunscreen I was able to purchase from this site. I was referred by an influencer and the recommendations far exceeded my expectations. The fact that there is little to no eye sting with all three Suncreens I tried (Beauty of Joseon, Purito and Isntree) blew me away. My husband works outside all day and never liked wearing sunscreen because when he sweats it would sting his eye, but the Beauty of Joseon is the first Sunscreen he can wear and I'm so excited that he will be protected now. And I absolutely loved both Beauty of Joseon and Isntree. I love the subtle glow that Isntree gives me for no makeup days. Delivery took just shy of two weeks, however, for international shipping and the quality of the product I did not think this was too bad. I will be purchasing again!!!

Oh my goodness, I'm obsessed with Stylevana and their products! I totally understand that things can be out of stock and shipping takes time, but I ran into an issue. In my recent order, one of the products was missing. I reached out to them via email to inform them, and they responded requesting photos of the receipt, the package, and the products that I did receive. I provided the requested photos, but it's been a whole month and I still haven't received a response. Stylevana, please step up your customer service game and get back to me!
First order, delayed delivery
My first experience with this company was kinda frustrating because it took forever for my order to arrive - like 8 whole weeks. I reached out to customer service about the delay, and they got back to me quickly. They explained that my item was out of stock and they had to wait for it before shipping out my order. When the package finally showed up, it was packed nice and tight. Overall, I'm grateful for the customer service help, but the long wait time was a bummer for me.

Purchase $170 worth of items back in August and it's mid December and I still haven't received my order. I requested to cancel about 4 weeks after I didn't receive it and they told me they couldn't because they were preparing it for shipment. Well fast forward to mid December and I still don't have it. I reported to Chase credit card for fraudulent charges.

I've bought stuff from Stylevana twice now and I gotta say, I'm super happy with the skincare products I got. Shipping can be a bit tricky since it's coming all the way from Hong Kong, but they always send it in a secure package and it usually gets to me in about 2.5 weeks. Just make sure what you're ordering is actually in stock so you don't have to wait forever. But overall, I'm really pleased with my experience at Stylevana.

When will order ...BWSVCAA150250263 be shipped. It’s been over a week since I ordered all items that were supposed to be sent within 24 hours. If I don’t get a reply I will file a police report and contact my bank this is fraud. I keep emailing and they don’t response. It’s a fraud company and I hope they burn to the ground

I saw the website and because I love a specific Korean product that is hard to find or very expensive decided to give the website a try. Love their prices, the website is really user friendly. I was not aware that some of the products were in back order because the website does not clarify this which is bad, but understandable. What I do not like of the their service is that I had to send emails for them to respond for any of my questions. The order took two months to arrive and 1 item was missing. I sent them an email about the missing item and they have not gotten back to me. The packaging of the products were very nice and even if they took extra time with the delivery, I would have purchase again. But ignoring the part that my order was incomplete is very upsetting.
Hair color products
After a week, the hair color I ordered was out of stock. However, the other products is taking over 3 weeks to ship. Hopefully, I'll get it next week.

Do not waste your hard earn money. They do not care about you... they only want your money for FREE! I sent them 2nd email follow-up on my order and still waiting to hear back from them. I will reject the payment through PayPal. Who knows, maybe they will ship me my order a year later. Currently, it has been over two months, and I still have not received anything.
