Asian beauty products
Stylevana is really awesome! They carry the best Asian beauty products and everything is so cute and pretty. I enjoy shopping there because they always have what I'm looking for and the prices are really reasonable. The only downside is that sometimes you have to wait a bit for your items to arrive, but it's worth it because they offer such great deals and rewards. I'm totally obsessed!

Online purchase experience
The online checkout process at this company really needs to step it up. They don't have a way for customers to choose a safer pickup option like going to a courier or FedEx location. Because of this, I had a package stolen even though FedEx said it was delivered. The packaging of the products is lacking too, as it doesn't do a good job of hiding what's inside. The products themselves are good, but since they're not available in physical stores, online shopping is the only way to go for most people. The customer service is terrible, both over the phone and in online chat. The agents can't really do much to help with delivery or shipping problems. It's obvious that this company needs to improve their online checkout, packaging, and customer service to keep customers happy and avoid future problems.

Flight date change
I had a tough time changing the date of my flight on their website, app, phone line, and chatbot. Everything seemed to be against me! The website and app kept showing error messages because of technical problems, so I couldn't make the changes I needed. Then, when I found the phone number, I was told that the wait times were longer than usual and that I should try calling later. Finally, the chatbot didn't even respond when I clicked on "register," just adding to my frustration. Trying to get help from customer service was a big letdown overall, and it felt like the company cares more about making money than helping their customers.

Boot purchase, horrendous return policy
Seriously, don't even bother with this company. Their stuff is complete trash and their customer service is even worse. I had to go back and forth with them for weeks just to hear back about a return, and when they finally did, they hit me with the news that I would have to pay for return shipping AND an 80% restocking fee. Can you believe that? Who would think that's okay? It would cost me more to send the boots back than what I paid for them in the first place. What a joke.
