Clocks and Colours is where I always go for unique, well-crafted jewelry. I recently got a leather bracelet and I was so impressed by the creativity and design. Phantom X sunglasses purchase
I recently got my son the Phantom X sunglasses as a Christmas present. The ordering process was easy and we got the delivery quickly. However, when my son got the sunglasses, he saw a small issue with the frame alignment and a tiny crack on the bridge. We reached out to customer service and they were really helpful. They quickly processed a warranty claim and sent us a replacement right away. The new pair arrived in just 5 days, all the way from the USA to Australia. The sunglasses themselves are awesome and my son is absolutely thrilled with them. I'm really impressed by the quality of the product and the amazing customer service we got. I highly recommend it!

Killswitch Engage ring
As someone who really loves jewelry and has worked in a jewelry store before, I'm pretty picky when it comes to quality and how things are made. I decided to order this Killswitch Engage ring from overseas, and let me tell you, it was even better than I expected. It got here on the 8th day, right in the 5-8 day window they said it would. And bonus, all the taxes were already taken care of so I didn't have to deal with any extra fees. The ring itself is top-notch, solid silver and really well-made. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making sure it's excellent quality.
Quick response and fast issue resolution
I ordered a ring but it was the wrong size, uh oh! Emailed them about it and they cancelled my order right away and gave me a refund super fast. Then I ordered the right size and it came so quickly, I was so impressed!

I just ordered a chain from this company, but when the box showed up, there was nothing inside. I think someone might've snatched it during shipping since it didn't look like it was tampered with. But, on the bright side, the customer service team was super helpful and fast at sorting everything out. I got in touch with them on the weekend, and in no time at all, they got a replacement in the works. Their speedy and helpful response really made me feel good about them, and I'll for sure keep shopping with this company down the road.
Scorpion x Woven Chain - 50cm
The chain I bought was really good quality - nice and thick, well made, and the clasp was really good too. The only problem was that it was shorter than I thought it would be, but that wasn't the company's fault. I got in touch with customer service about it and they helped me exchange it for the 60cm chain, which was pretty easy, but it did take a few weeks. Overall, the chain is really good and the company is great. I'll definitely be buying from them again.
Replacement sunglasses
