    Improved rosacea, easy to use, confidence in skin

    Skin + Me has been a total game-changer for me. The team there was super helpful and asked all the right questions to make sure I was on the right path to better skin. I really liked the follow-up consultations because they helped figure out exactly what I needed. The product itself is super easy to use, and I haven't had any irritation at all. The biggest change I've noticed is with my rosacea - the redness has gone way down, and now I feel way better about my skin. It's not totally gone, but Skin + Me has done a better job managing it than other products I've tried. If you're feeling stuck with your skincare routine, I totally recommend giving Skin + Me a shot.

    Customer service and delivery experience

    I was really happy with how quickly and professionally they handled my order, but man, the delivery just didn't cut it for me. I asked them to leave the package at the back door if I wasn't around, but they just plopped it down at the front door without even bothering to ring the bell. That's just plain lazy! It made me feel overlooked and bummed out. They gotta step up their game when it comes to customer service.

    I've been a customer of ReserveBar and I gotta say, I was pretty ticked off with the bogus info they have on their website about hard-to-find liquors. I was searching on Google for some special bottles and ReserveBar was showing up with lower prices. But when I clicked through to their site, turns out the products were either out of stock or more expensive. It's frustrating to see such a big difference between what shows up in search results and what's actually available or how much things cost on their website.

    HDMI cables and TV wall mount

    I recently bought three HDMI cables and a TV wall mount from your site. However, when my stuff showed up, I got 500 feet of CAT 6 cable instead of the wall mount. I reached out to customer service to sort it out, but it didn't go so well. The person I talked to seemed confused and wanted the part number for the CAT 6 cable, which seemed kind of unnecessary to me. When I explained the mix-up, they offered a refund or replacement, but all I really wanted was the right thing I ordered. I haven't gotten any updates or a return label for the wrong item yet.

    Phantom X sunglasses purchase

    I recently got my son the Phantom X sunglasses as a Christmas present. The ordering process was easy and we got the delivery quickly. However, when my son got the sunglasses, he saw a small issue with the frame alignment and a tiny crack on the bridge. We reached out to customer service and they were really helpful. They quickly processed a warranty claim and sent us a replacement right away. The new pair arrived in just 5 days, all the way from the USA to Australia. The sunglasses themselves are awesome and my son is absolutely thrilled with them. I'm really impressed by the quality of the product and the amazing customer service we got. I highly recommend it!
