    Expensive liquor purchase

    I made a really expensive liquor purchase at this place not too long ago, and man, it was a total disaster. The customer service was terrible, and I had to handle all the shipping company problems by myself. And to top it off, when I tried to get a refund, turns out ReserveBar didn't even bother reaching out to the store. The store even told me not to trust ReserveBar because they lie about what they sell and don't update their website photos. Seriously, stay away from this place at all costs!

    Unsatisfactory experience

    I chose to order from this site because of all the great reviews, but it turned out to be a mess. I asked for the top-tier bottle, but got one that was cheaper instead. When I reached out to customer service to fix things, they were no help at all and even tried to shift the blame to the shipping company. It's just not cool to be so dishonest and refuse to take responsibility. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

    Liquor order

    I had a terrible experience with this website. I ordered a bottle of liquor that was supposed to ship in 1-2 days, but two weeks passed and it still hadn't shipped. When I tried to cancel, they said it was already re-submitted and would ship soon, for an extra $20! I tried calling customer service and the store with no luck. Really disappointed.

    Liquor Bottle

    I just ordered some liquor online and it was a total mess. The delivery guy said he couldn't find my place, even though it's never been a problem in the past. When the bottle finally got to the store, they wouldn't hand it over, even though I had all the right details. Plus, talking to them was tough because of language issues. I tried to get a refund from customer service, but they didn't get back to me for a whole week.

    Slow delivery compared to competitors

    I just ordered something from this company and man, the delivery was super slow compared to their competition. I ordered from both this company and a competitor, and let me tell you, the other guys were lightning fast. Like, I got my stuff from them in just 4 days. Meanwhile, my order from this company? Still not here after what feels like forever. It's so annoying to have to wait this long, especially when I was hoping for a quick delivery.

    I've been a customer of ReserveBar and I gotta say, I was pretty ticked off with the bogus info they have on their website about hard-to-find liquors. I was searching on Google for some special bottles and ReserveBar was showing up with lower prices. But when I clicked through to their site, turns out the products were either out of stock or more expensive. It's frustrating to see such a big difference between what shows up in search results and what's actually available or how much things cost on their website.

    Difficult-to-find bourbon purchase

    Champagne and Irish whiskey for Xmas gifts

    I ordered some Christmas gifts for my boss from this shop, and it was so great. I got them champagne and Irish whiskey, and everything arrived on time without any problems. The prices were fair, and they followed through on their promises. This was my second time ordering from them, and both times were really awesome.     They're saying that the package was supposed to be delivered, but I never received it! They told me to ask my neighbors and wait for a month, and I've still got nothing. I requested a refund, but they won't do it until they hear from the delivery folks. It's frustrating and irresponsible!

    I just bought a bottle of bourbon from ReserveBar and I have to say, I was really impressed with how everything went down. I was a bit worried at first because I live in Minnesota and the bottle was coming all the way from Florida. I was concerned it might break during shipping. But, I got an email with tracking info and was able to keep an eye on it the whole way. When it arrived, it was in perfect condition, packed up really well to keep it safe. The bourbon itself was amazing, way better than I was expecting. Overall, it was a super satisfying purchase. Big shoutout to ReserveBar for taking such good care of my order.

    Man, I ordered this fancy whiskey and they only sent me part of it! Like, seriously, where's the rest of my order at? I still haven't received the one from last time, and now they're saying it's out of stock. But guess what? I checked their website, and it's available for a higher price! What a rip-off!
